PACKING: The modity is supposed to be packed with infrangible Export standard packaging that suitable for long distance ocean and land transportation and well protected against dampness, moisture, shock, rust and rough handling. The Sellers shall be liable for any damage or rust damage to the goods that caused by improper packing, and pay for all cost and loss caused by the damage. 包裝：必須采用堅(jiān)固的出口標(biāo)準(zhǔn)包裝 , 適合于長(zhǎng)途海運(yùn)和陸運(yùn)，防潮、防震、防銹、耐粗暴搬運(yùn)。由于包裝不良所發(fā)生的損失 , 由于未采用充分，或不妥善的防護(hù)措施而造成的任何銹損 , 賣(mài)方應(yīng)負(fù)擔(dān)由此而產(chǎn)生的一切費(fèi)用和 /或損失。 3. SHIPMENT: The Sellers shall ship the goods within the shipment time to the loading port. Transshipment is not allowed. Partial shipment is not allowed. 運(yùn)輸：賣(mài)方應(yīng)于交貨期內(nèi)將合同貨物送至裝運(yùn)港，不許分批，不許轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)。 13. SHIPPING ADVICE: The seller should advise the buyer immediately about the CONTRAT NO. , modity, quantity, invoiced value, gross weight, name of vessel and delivery date etc, either by fax of upon the pletion of loading goods. Sellers will take all the responsibilities of total loss due to not letting buyers know in time. 裝運(yùn)通知：賣(mài)方應(yīng)于裝貨后，立即用傳真或郵件將有關(guān)合同號(hào)、貨物、數(shù)量、發(fā)票價(jià)值、毛重、運(yùn)輸工具名稱(chēng)、交貨日期、貨物預(yù)計(jì)抵達(dá)日等資料通知買(mǎi)方。如果由于賣(mài)方未能通知買(mǎi)方而造成的所有損失均由賣(mài)方承擔(dān)。 14.
