【正文】 2020 年物流管理畢業(yè)論文范文示例 鄭州航空工業(yè)管理學(xué)院 中小零售企業(yè)共同物流模式管理與策略研究 畢業(yè)論文 2020 屆物流管理專業(yè) 3 班 姓 名童大亮 學(xué)號(hào) 20202003 指導(dǎo)老師 蔡武職稱教授 2020 年 5 月 28 日 內(nèi) 容 提 要 多種物流模式共存是目前國(guó)內(nèi)零售業(yè)物流的現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況 ,這種狀況的存在是零售業(yè)應(yīng)對(duì)市場(chǎng)環(huán)境變化的結(jié)果。因此 ,企業(yè)物流模式的選擇對(duì)提高物流績(jī)效 ,提高物流服務(wù)水 平有很大的影響。本文從我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段零售企業(yè)物流的現(xiàn)狀分析 ,提出我國(guó)中小零售企業(yè)物流目前存在的問(wèn)題。與國(guó)外企業(yè)相比 ,國(guó)內(nèi)零售企業(yè)對(duì)物流應(yīng)用比較有限 ,并且存在運(yùn)作效率低、統(tǒng)一配送率低、物流成本高、信息共享低以及信息化水平低等問(wèn)題。通過(guò)對(duì)各種物流模式的探索和認(rèn)識(shí) ,分析其利弊 ,最后提出實(shí)施共同物流是中小零售企業(yè)提高物流服務(wù)的有效手段之一。中小零售企業(yè)在消費(fèi)者需求、經(jīng)營(yíng)理念、和經(jīng)驗(yàn)方式、商品及其相關(guān)經(jīng)營(yíng)技術(shù)、市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)等方面發(fā)生了深刻的變化 ,這就迫切需要推進(jìn)共同物流。本文從確立中小零售企業(yè)共同物流模式理念、培育和壯大中小 零售企業(yè)共同物流模式主體、整合中小零售企業(yè)物流資源等方面具體闡釋了我國(guó)中小零售企業(yè)物流績(jī)效提高及服務(wù)的完善合理化建議和管理策略。 關(guān)鍵詞 中小零售企業(yè) 。零售物流 。物流模式 。共同物流模式 。管理策略 Small and medium retail enterprises mon logistics model and management strategy Author: Song Yuan Yuan Instructor: Li quanqing Abstract Coexistence of multiple logistic model is the reality of the domestic retail logistics, the existence of this situation is changing retail market environment should result.
