【正文】 黃河科技學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計說明書 第 I頁 臥式雙面 23 軸組合鉆床前主軸箱設(shè)計 摘要 機械制造設(shè)備的發(fā)展是機械工業(yè)最主要的環(huán)節(jié)，目前，機械加工對精度要求越來越高，機械工廠為了降低加工成本，提高加工質(zhì)量，致使組合機床在制造業(yè)中應(yīng)用越來越廣泛，并已顯示出巨大的優(yōu)勢。組合機床主要是保證被加工零件的尺寸精度和位置精度要求，高速高效的完成對缸體的加工。在組合機床的設(shè)計中，主軸箱加工工藝是關(guān)鍵。繪制主軸箱設(shè)計原始移居圖，擬定主軸箱的傳動路線，應(yīng)用最優(yōu)化方法布置齒輪，確定傳動參數(shù)，繪制主軸箱裝配圖、箱體補充加工圖。 組合機床主軸箱的基礎(chǔ)環(huán)節(jié)是繪制主軸箱樹形圖，主軸箱樹形圖實際上是借鑒了通用機床主傳動系統(tǒng)設(shè) 計中使用的轉(zhuǎn)速圖、結(jié)構(gòu)圖經(jīng)演化而來。由于主軸箱傳動系統(tǒng)是一個原動件帶動多個從動件，沒有變速機構(gòu)，而傳動路線條數(shù)卻很多，出現(xiàn)許多分支。從圖形上看，驅(qū)動軸相當于樹根，各主軸及油泵軸均為末端件，相當于各條樹枝的末梢，因此形象地命名為“樹形圖”。 關(guān)鍵詞 ：組合機床，主軸箱， “樹形圖 黃河科技學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計說明書 第 II頁 Horizontal double 23 shaft bination drilling machine before spindle box design Author: Tutor: Abstract Machinery manufacturing equipment is the development of the machinery industry the most main link, at present, mechanical processing to the precision requirement more and more high, machinery factory in order to lower manufacturing costs, improve the machining quality, the bination machine tools in the manufacturing industry is more and more extensive application, and has shown great advantage.
