Every year on November 11 , in Nanchang university students is very popular single day , because there are four digits 1 . Electric provider selected from 20xx to this date , crazy publicity campaign and eventually bee an annual shopping carnival . After five years of operation, the shopping carnival is also increasingly popular, but in the process there have been many problems. The purpose of this paper I have done is to look for specific problems, given the appropriate solutions to provide the best help for consumers. I hope electricity providers to further improvement , to improve the electricity supplier system deficiencies . The first part : analyzes the “double eleven” me a popular phenomenon in Nanchang university research background and the meaning of published papers, I through the study of domestic and foreign scholars on Dual eleven reporting to prehensive analysis of double a status . The second part : to Nanchang University released a survey process , as well as analysis of the data . The third part : In the concrete analysis of the data finally find out the problems existing in the “double eleven”. The fourth part : deal with problem. Keywords : Nanchang University “Dual Eleven” Online Shopping 1 引言 選題的背景及研究意義： 每年的 11 月 11 日在南昌大學(xué)中，是一個非常流行的光棍節(jié)，因?yàn)槿掌诶锩嬗?4 個 1 的原因，當(dāng)天好多單身的學(xué)生會聚集在一起慶祝自己單身。南大有個光棍節(jié)的傳說。曾 經(jīng)有個男孩叫 木光 昆，生于 1970 年 11 月 11 日。由于名字特殊，從小學(xué)到大學(xué)外號都叫“光棍”。他在南大讀大二時和一名女生開始了一場戀愛。只是沒想到，幸福是那么的短暫，女生突然查出患了絕癥，最終離開人世。在她走的那天，木光昆跑到頂樓，點(diǎn)燃蠟燭，吹了一晚的笛子。從此，木光昆似乎變了一個人。讀大四那年的 11 月 11 日，也是他生日的那天，
