【正文】 I 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 兩種液體混合系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要 可編程序控制器簡(jiǎn)稱 PLC,是近年來一種發(fā)展極為迅速,應(yīng)用極為廣泛的工業(yè)控制裝置。它是一種專為工業(yè)環(huán)境應(yīng)用而設(shè)計(jì)的數(shù)字運(yùn)行的電子系統(tǒng),它采用可編程程序的存儲(chǔ)器,用來存儲(chǔ)用戶指令,通過數(shù)字或模擬的輸入 /輸出完成確定的邏輯順序、定時(shí)、記數(shù)、運(yùn)算和一些確定的功能來控制各種類型的機(jī)械或生產(chǎn)過程。 由于 PLC 的性能優(yōu)越,兼具計(jì)算機(jī)的功能完備,靈活性強(qiáng),通用性好和繼電接觸器控制簡(jiǎn)單易懂,維修方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn),形成以微電腦為核心的電子控制設(shè)備??删幊绦蚩刂破骷夹g(shù)在世界上己廣泛應(yīng)用,成為自 動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)中的基本電控裝置PLC 在現(xiàn)代工業(yè)生產(chǎn)和實(shí)際生活中有著廣泛的應(yīng)用,由于可編程控制器( PLC)具有編程梯形圖語言易學(xué)易懂、控制靈活方便、抗干擾能力強(qiáng)、運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定可靠等特點(diǎn),現(xiàn)在的工業(yè)自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)控制多采用可編程控制器來實(shí)現(xiàn)。 本論文首先介紹 PLC 的產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展及應(yīng)用,以及它的基本功能和特點(diǎn)。然后鑒于 PLC 的原理及其優(yōu)越性,應(yīng)用 PLC 控制液體的自動(dòng)混合,該程序可進(jìn)行單周期或連續(xù)工作,正常工作時(shí),至少完成一個(gè)周期,該程序具有一定的防止誤動(dòng)作能力。 本論文從硬件設(shè)計(jì),軟件設(shè)計(jì),組態(tài)王監(jiān)控設(shè)計(jì)等方面進(jìn)行分析,對(duì) 西門子 S7200 的應(yīng)用有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 可編程控制器 , 液體混合裝置 , 傳感器 II Design of liquid mixing control system based on PLC ABSTRACT Programmable logic controller is called PLC for develops fastly,and has a wide use as industricial controlling is a electronic system which oporates digitally,and it is designed for industrial enviroment application. The memory it adopts is programmable,and it stores user the digital or anolog input/output,PLC can wok by set logic sequence,can time ,can count,can operate, and can plete other else it can control all kinds of mechanical procejures and production procejures. Because of its high performance ,mutiple functions like a puter,high flexibility,good monality,simple and pellucid relaycontactor controlling,easy mantainace and other else merits, people begin to take micropute as the core controlle to control the electronic equipment . PLC was widely used all around the world..Owing to its easytolearn and easytoundersdand ladder diagram programmable languge,flexible and convenient controlling methods,good capacity of resisting disturbance,reliable operaion and so on features , PLC is extensively used in industricial automatic production. This passage firstly introduces the production,the development of Programmable Logic Controller( Called PLC for short), and its basic function and to its main principle and excellent quality,we can use PLC to control the mixing of two kinds of liquid.
