液體點(diǎn)滴速度自動(dòng)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì) 鄭州輕院輕工職業(yè)學(xué)院 專科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) 題 目 液體點(diǎn)滴 速度 自動(dòng)系統(tǒng) 設(shè)計(jì) 液體點(diǎn)滴速度自動(dòng)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì) I 液體點(diǎn)滴 速度 自動(dòng)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng) 摘 要 本設(shè)計(jì)為液體點(diǎn)滴速度監(jiān)控裝置,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對液體點(diǎn)滴速度的檢測與控制和儲(chǔ)液瓶中液面高度的檢測報(bào)警,并且動(dòng)態(tài)顯示點(diǎn)滴速度,可以通過按鍵設(shè)置液體點(diǎn)滴速度并使用步進(jìn)電機(jī)進(jìn)行速度控制;為了達(dá)到較好的調(diào)整穩(wěn)定度,通過軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)控制電路的自適應(yīng)調(diào)節(jié);利用軟件屏蔽檢測中的異 常信號(hào);另外實(shí)現(xiàn)了多機(jī)通信,即一個(gè)主機(jī)站控制多個(gè)從機(jī)站和主、從機(jī)之間的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸。報(bào)警信號(hào)通過串行口實(shí)現(xiàn)從機(jī)到主機(jī)的傳輸,利用發(fā)光二極管和蜂鳴器實(shí)現(xiàn)主機(jī)的聲光報(bào)警,同時(shí)從機(jī)使用數(shù)碼管顯示異常信息。 系統(tǒng)以單片機(jī) 89C51 單片機(jī) 為核心 控制器件 , 有直流電動(dòng)機(jī)為液體點(diǎn)滴速度的控制執(zhí)行器件,進(jìn)行液體點(diǎn)滴速度控制。選擇合適的傳感器,準(zhǔn)確檢測出模擬信號(hào) 是實(shí)現(xiàn)本設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)鍵所在,串行通訊接口建立了主戰(zhàn)與從站的有線監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),主機(jī)采用VB 編寫的界面,顯示了友好的人機(jī)互交界面。制成了一套簡易實(shí)用的液體點(diǎn)滴速度監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)裝置。 關(guān) 鍵詞 PID /單片機(jī) /點(diǎn)滴速度 /光電傳感器 /多機(jī)通信 液體點(diǎn)滴速度自動(dòng)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì) II AUTOMATIC CONTROL SYSTEM OF DROPPING RATE OF LIQUID ABSTRACT Designed for the monitoring mechanism, the implementation rate drops of liquid little speed of the inspection and control and a reservoir of the high level test of the police, and dynamically show, via the keys can be set up a little speed and using step into the motor control tempo ; to achieve better adjust the stability and software for the control circuit to regulate ; used software to detect in shielding of the signal ; achieved much in the munications, Is a host got control over from a machine stops and the lord, from the transmission of data between. the alarm signal by serial port from the implementation of the host of transport, the use of light and a buzzer to host of audible visual type of machine, using digital of information. reflect the abnormal。 In monolithic integrated circuits 89c51 monolithic integrated circuits, the controller has a direct motor for a little speed control, the device speed control. drops of liquid。 Choose the appropriate, accurate testing of models at the signal is to realize the design of the key to the serial munication interface established in the war with the landbased control system, the host the VB write the interface. display the friendly manmachine to each other in the interface. made a simple functional liquid little speed control system.
