I 摘 要 本設計新井為雙鴨山礦業(yè)集團東榮一礦 ,共有 3層 可采煤層,平均 厚度為 。該 井田的可采儲量為 。服務年限為 66a,劃分兩個水平開采。 井田平均走向長 10500m,平均傾斜長 6000m,煤層平均傾角 8176。,屬于緩傾斜煤層。 本設計礦井采用雙立井的開拓方式,集中大巷布置方式。共劃分 14 個帶區(qū),其中首采帶區(qū)為 1個,達產工作面 2 個。本設計帶區(qū)為左二帶區(qū),年工作日為330 天,采用“四、六”式工作制,工作面長為 240m,每刀進度為 ,每日割九刀。 提升設備為主井采用箕斗 提升,副井采用罐籠提升。 由于井田傾斜長度較大,且為緩傾斜煤層,以及煤層地質條件等因素影響,決定本井田內全部采用傾斜長壁采煤法開采,工作面采用綜合機械化采煤。 由于本人知識有限和僅僅三個月的時間, 因此,本設計中難免會出現(xiàn)一些問題,請各位專家老師不吝 提出和 指正 ,我將虛心接受 。 關鍵詞 礦井 開拓 采煤工藝 傾斜 長壁 開采 法 全套圖紙,加 153893706 II Abstract The task of this design is to construct a tons new shaft for Dongrong Num 1, Shuangyashan Mining Administration. This coalfield has three coal seams, and its average thickness is meters. The capacity of this designed coalfield is million tons. It can adapt for 66 years, and is divided into two levels. The average lengthway of this coalfield is 10500 ms, inclined length is 6000ms, and the average inclined angle coal seam is 8176。, belongs to the slant coal seam. The mine development type of the new Dongrong Num 1 shaft adopts two vertical portal,main line system are plande coalfield is divided into 14 zones,arranged two working faces can attain the million tons yield. This designed zone is Left Two,works 330 days every year, adapts “foursix” work form, the length of its working face is 240meters long,one circle is , and works 9 times one day. The main shaft adopts skip hoisting system,the other uses cage. For the inclined length of this coalfield is long, also is the easy gradient coal bed, and the influence of the coalfield geological condition,so I decided to use pletely inclined longwall mining coal method, working face pletely for synthesis mechanization mining coal system. Because my limit working ability and the only three months time, there must be lots of faults in this design.
