【正文】 I 摘 要 本設計礦井為鶴崗礦業(yè)集團南山礦 ,共有 3 層可采煤層,可采煤層厚度從上到下依次為 、 、 15m,煤層的平均傾角為176。, 煤層的工業(yè)牌號為 1/3 焦煤。設計井田工業(yè)儲量 ,可采儲量 ,服務年限 。 本設計礦井采用雙立井開拓方式,井筒位置選擇在井田儲量中心的西部,劃分兩個開采水平。大巷布置方式采用集中大巷布置,大巷運輸方式采用 8t 蓄電池電機車牽引 固定礦車運輸。采煤方法為走向長壁采煤法,采煤工藝為綜合機械化放頂煤開采,采空 區(qū)處理方法為全部垮落法。 主井采用一對 12t 箕斗提升,副井采用一對三噸雙層單車罐籠不平衡提升。 礦井通風方式為兩翼抽出式,其中北翼風井選擇在北一、北二兩個采區(qū)的上山之間,南翼風井選擇在南一、南二兩個采區(qū)的上山之間。 礦井的排水方式為分區(qū)式排水,其中北一、南一采區(qū)使用一個排水系統(tǒng),北二、南二采區(qū)分別使用一個排水系統(tǒng)。 關鍵詞 :雙立井;集中大巷;走向長壁;放頂煤開采 全套圖紙,加 153893706 II Abstract This is a new design of mining Group, which has three workable coal seams.
