I 摘 要 本設計礦井為雙鴨山礦業(yè)集團 東榮四 礦 ,共有 3 層可采煤層,平均 總 厚度 14m。煤層工業(yè)牌號為氣煤,設計井田的可采儲量 為,服務年限為 。 本礦井設計采用雙立井方案開拓,劃分兩個水平 , 一個工作面達產。采用集中大巷布置,大巷采用 10t 架線式電機車牽引 3t底卸式礦車運輸,采煤方法為走向長壁采煤法,采煤工藝為綜合機械化采煤工藝,采空區(qū)處理方法為全部垮落法。 主井采用多繩摩擦箕斗提升,副井采用剛性組合罐道罐籠提升。 關鍵詞 水平 工作面 采區(qū) 集中大巷 全套圖紙,加 153893706 II Abstract The mine of this design is to construct million tons per year new mine for the forth Dongrong coal mine of Shuangyashan Mine Administration mine. This mine has three arailable designed coal seam, and its average thickness is 14 meters. This mineshaft is applied to double vertical shaft developmnt, which is divided two levels, a working face to produce. With gazhering main roadway, big alley adopt the wiring type generator vehicle of 10t pull the base of 3t dropbottom mine car transportation, the method of coal mining is longwall coal mining method, the coal winning technology is fullmechanized, adopting empty area handles method as all falls .
