【正文】 I 摘 要 本設(shè)計為雞西礦業(yè)集團(tuán)小恒山煤礦 ，共有 4層設(shè)計可采煤層，分別為 3上、 3下、 18和 34。 煤層傾角 11176。，地質(zhì)構(gòu)造簡單。井田平均走向長 4400m，平均傾斜長 4500m， 煤層總厚度為 。 設(shè)計井田的工業(yè)儲量為 ，可采儲量為 。服務(wù)年限為 54a。 本設(shè)計礦井采用雙立井的開拓，劃分兩個水平開采。兩個水平均為上、下山后退式開采，采用帶區(qū)式準(zhǔn)備，采煤工藝為綜合機(jī)械化采煤。礦井共劃分 8個帶區(qū)，其中達(dá)產(chǎn)帶區(qū)為 2 個，達(dá)產(chǎn)工作面 2 個。本設(shè)計帶區(qū)為西一帶區(qū) ，大巷裝車式下部車場，大巷運(yùn)輸采用兩臺 10t 架線式電機(jī)車牽引 3t 底卸式礦車。采用“四六”式工作制，年工作日為 330d，工作面長為 210m，每刀進(jìn)度為，每日割九刀。 提升設(shè)備為主井采用箕斗提升，副井采用罐籠提升。每日凈提升時間為16h。 由于井田傾斜長度較大，且為緩傾斜煤層，以及煤層地質(zhì)條件等因素影響，決定本井田內(nèi)全部采用傾斜長壁采煤法開采。 由于本人能力有限，缺乏一定的現(xiàn)場經(jīng)驗(yàn)。因此，本設(shè)計中難免會出現(xiàn)一些問題，請各位專家老師不吝指正。 關(guān)鍵詞 可采儲量 采煤工藝 礦井設(shè)計 全套圖紙，加 153893706 II Abstract This design for the Jixi mining industry group small coal mine , altogether has 4 designsto be possible to pick the coal bed, respectively is on under 18 and 34.
