I 摘 要 本設(shè)計新井為 大雁礦務(wù)局一礦 ,共有 4 層可采煤層,平均 厚度為 。設(shè)計井田的可采儲量為 。服務(wù)年限為 61a。劃分 一 個水平開采。 井田平均走向長 4200m,平均傾斜長 2020m,煤層平均傾角 10176。,屬于緩傾斜煤層。 本設(shè)計礦井采用雙立井的開拓方式,集中大巷布置方式。共劃分 10 個帶區(qū),其中首帶區(qū) 1 個,達產(chǎn)工作面 1 個。本設(shè)計帶區(qū) 采用最新采礦工藝 ,大巷裝車式下部車場, 綜合 機械化采煤。年工作日為 330 天, “ 四 、 六 ”式工作制,工作面長為 180m,每刀進度為,每 日割 9 刀。 提升設(shè)備為主井采用箕斗提升,副井采用罐籠提升。 由于井田 為 緩傾斜煤層, 且 煤層地質(zhì)條件 賦予穩(wěn)定 ,決定本井田內(nèi)全部采用傾斜長壁采煤法開采。 由于本人知識有限,缺乏一定的現(xiàn)場經(jīng)驗。因此,本設(shè)計中難免會出現(xiàn)一些問題,請各位專家老師不吝指正。 關(guān)鍵詞 可采儲量 采煤工藝 傾斜開采 全套圖紙,加 153893706 II Abstract The task of this design is to construct a tons new shaft for Shuangyashan Ming mine has three minable Coal Seam,and its average thickness is fie ld of minable capacity is million tons.
