Tutor: Tuo ShouHeng [abstract] As a pany employee management system management system (OA), I developed this system mainly focus on the backend and the security of database interaction, and friendliness of front page and customer interaction .Including the establishment of the database and update to keep data consistency and security, and integrity. For the front, as a system of display layer, request page is concise and efficient, show the information of intuitive integrity. System based on the objectoriented idea and logic MVC framework, intuitive interface is simple and friendly, convenient and flexible operation, strong practicability, high safety, plete employee information management, staff management, department of information management, the pany announcement management, instruction management staff, and other functions .In this paper, starting from the basic concept of the pany staff management, the function of this system are introduced, the development process and structure, and demonstrates the design scheme of this system, introduced the language and development tools, and introduced the system39。s demand analysis, data dictionary, input and output design, function realization, and shows the system part of the function and operation as well as the system main page .This basic meet the requirements of pany staff management system function, high reliability, maintenance and expansibility is strong, have very strong application value .Through the actual test, this system can satisfy the demand, convenient for managers to manage employees, to improve the efficiency of pany management.
