智能散熱器的設(shè)計 學(xué)生姓名: 學(xué)生學(xué)號: 院(系): 電氣信息工程學(xué)院 年級專業(yè): 電子信息工程 指導(dǎo)教師: 助理指導(dǎo)教師: 二〇一五年五月 摘 要 I 摘 要 轉(zhuǎn)換效率是我們在生活中最看重的,能把物質(zhì)利用到最大化。能量大部分都被消耗在熱能,所以提高散熱是最為關(guān)鍵。智能散熱器的設(shè)計是為了滿足在開關(guān)電源中提高開關(guān)管效率進(jìn)行需求而做的課題,具有較為廣闊的市場前景。 本文介紹智能散熱器的設(shè)計是針對開關(guān)電源中開關(guān)管散熱而設(shè)計開發(fā) 工作。在電源設(shè)計中散熱決定了該電源的穩(wěn)定性與可靠性。智能散熱器整體設(shè)計是圍繞低成本,模塊化,可擴(kuò)展和壽命長的特點(diǎn)。單片機(jī)采集功率器件的環(huán)境溫度進(jìn)而去控制風(fēng)扇的旋轉(zhuǎn),并能自動根據(jù)溫度的變化調(diào)整轉(zhuǎn)速,在現(xiàn)實(shí)中有著非常廣泛的應(yīng)用, 該智能散熱器系統(tǒng)可廣泛應(yīng)用于開關(guān)電源而設(shè)計,完全脫離人工操作,并可以通過遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)視、控制,真正實(shí)現(xiàn)了智能控制,目前已經(jīng)在極高壓電源上系統(tǒng)中使用。 關(guān)鍵詞 : PWM, 單片機(jī) ,智能系統(tǒng),溫度控制 ABSTRACT II ABSTRACT The conversion efficiency is our most valued in life, can make to maximize the material utilization. Most of the energy is consumed in the heat, so as to improve the heat dissipation is the key. The design of intelligent radiator is to meet the increasing demand for the switch efficiency of the project in the switching power supply, has a broad market prospect. This paper introduces the design of intelligent radiator is designed for the development of the heat pipe switch in a switching power supply work. In the design of power supply cooling determines the stability and reliability of the power supply. The overall design of intelligent radiator is around the low cost, modular, extensible and long service life. The singlechip power device and the ambient temperature to control the rotation of the fan, and can automatically adjust the speed according to the change of temperature, there is a very wide range of applications in reality. Widely used in switching power supply and design of the intelligent radiator system, without manual operation, and can be controlled by remote monitoring, and realize intelligent control, has been used in high voltage power supply system on.
