It39。s widely used in Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Food, Feed and Other Industrial Anti corrosion,it is also the Organic synthesis intermediates, but as an antiseptic in food is its main this paper, Concentrated sulfuric acid was used as the catalyst of this production through selecting, and Phydroxybenzoic acid and butanol were used as raw materials for production of propyl acetate. It is a highyield, highquality, lowcost effective way to product Butyl phydroxybenzoate with simple process and high product purity. A plant process of producting 300 tons Butyl phydroxybenzoate each year was designed. In one time ,the quantities of the materials of Phydroxybenzoic butanol sulfuric acid and cyclohexane are , kg at 1 bar and 25℃ ,and the purity of the production reaches percent, and the yield is percent .In addition,the reaction kettle works 2400 hours a year ,and the quantity reaches 300 ,We get the quality that each raw material needed through material balance and the heat that needed to pass to through heat balance。The economic rationality and III investment of the product were analysed。 The finance and profits of the factory were evaluated, which values the period for recovery of investment is years.,and confirms that it can work main product equipments was selected, and the production process flow diagram workshop floor plan diagram and equipment are finally drawed .
