【正文】 畢業(yè)設(shè)計說明書(論文)中文摘要 本設(shè)計是一帶自動上下料裝置的高精度精密鉆床。鉆床是機械行業(yè)中最普通的一種機床,然而,此次設(shè)計特點是:高精度,同時,為了克服以往人工上下料的諸多缺點,設(shè)計采用自動上下料,這就增加了設(shè)計的難度。自動上下料裝置是自動機床和自動線設(shè)計中復(fù)雜程度高而且難度較大的組成部分之一。自動上下料裝置所完成的工作是將散亂無序的工作零件經(jīng)過定向機構(gòu)的定向排列,然后順次把它們排在機床夾具上,并在加工完后從夾具上卸下成型工件。 本設(shè)計的微型精密鉆床,因采用了自動上下料裝置,使成批生產(chǎn)中效率顯著,同時降低了生產(chǎn)成本,他所加工的對象是微小零件如醫(yī)療手術(shù)針的鉆削加工,針對工件的特點,涉及采用了相應(yīng)設(shè)備和裝置如氣壓上料,由于工件較小 (~4mm),所以加工精度提到設(shè)計要求中,鉆削微小的偏差都能導(dǎo)致工件的報廢,因此它也是此次設(shè)計的關(guān)鍵部分。 此次設(shè)計中我采用了氣壓上料,彈性卡緊,推桿下料和精度差動微調(diào)等手段。 關(guān)鍵詞 高精度 微型 自動上下料 畢業(yè)設(shè)計說明書(論文)外文摘要 Title: A High Accuracy That Takes Voluntarily About Material Installation Precise Drilling Machine Abstract: It is a high accuracy that takes voluntarily about material installation precise drilling machine.
