【正文】 畢業(yè)設(shè)計說明書（論文）中文摘要 本設(shè)計是一帶自動上下料裝置的高精度精密鉆床。鉆床是機械行業(yè)中最普通的一種機床，然而，此次設(shè)計特點是：高精度，同時，為了克服以往人工上下料的諸多缺點，設(shè)計采用自動上下料，這就增加了設(shè)計的難度。自動上下料裝置是自動機床和自動線設(shè)計中復(fù)雜程度高而且難度較大的組成部分之一。自動上下料裝置所完成的工作是將散亂無序的工作零件經(jīng)過定向機構(gòu)的定向排列，然后順次把它們排在機床夾具上，并在加工完后從夾具上卸下成型工件。 本設(shè)計的微型精密鉆床，因采用了自動上下料裝置，使成批生產(chǎn)中效率顯著，同時降低了生產(chǎn)成本，他所加工的對象是微小零件如醫(yī)療手術(shù)針的鉆削加工，針對工件的特點，涉及采用了相應(yīng)設(shè)備和裝置如氣壓上料，由于工件較小 (～4mm),所以加工精度提到設(shè)計要求中，鉆削微小的偏差都能導(dǎo)致工件的報廢，因此它也是此次設(shè)計的關(guān)鍵部分。 此次設(shè)計中我采用了氣壓上料，彈性卡緊，推桿下料和精度差動微調(diào)等手段。 關(guān)鍵詞 高精度 微型 自動上下料 畢業(yè)設(shè)計說明書（論文）外文摘要 Title: A High Accuracy That Takes Voluntarily About Material Installation Precise Drilling Machine Abstract: It is a high accuracy that takes voluntarily about material installation precise drilling machine. Drilling machine is a kind of most ordinary machine tool in mechanical profession, however, this design characteristic is: High accuracy at the same time adopts voluntarily about material for surmounting many shorting of former artificial about material and designing , this has increased the difficulty of design. On automatic, next material installation is one of plex position parts with high level and greater difficulty in the bed of automatic machine and the design of transfer matic. On automatic taking off material installation the work pleted passes scattered in disorder out of order working element directional anization is directional to put them on the clamping apparatus of machine tool in order in order , then, queue up , and unload type workpiece from clamping apparatus after processing is over. The mini precise drilling machine of this design makes the efficiency in batch production notable because of having adopted voluntarily about material installation , has at the same time reduced production cost, the object that he processes is small element as medical operation needle get into to cut processing , according to the characteristic of workpiece, have been concerned with to adopt corresponding equipment and installation expects on atmospheric pressure, since workpiece is less( ～ 4 mm), so, processing precision to mention go to design requirement, get into to cut small deviation can cause workpiece scrap , therefore it is also the crucial part of this design. In this design, I have adopted atmospheric pressure on material, flexible card is expected tightly, under ejector pin and precision differential trimming etc. means.
