零件如醫(yī)療手術(shù)真的鉆削加工,針對工件的特點,涉及采用了相應(yīng)設(shè)備和裝置如氣壓上料,由于工件較小(~4mm),所以加工精度提到設(shè)計要求中,鉆削微小的偏差都能導致工件的報廢,因此它也是此次設(shè)計的關(guān)鍵部分。對于批量生產(chǎn)這種工件來說,更是人力和資料的浪費,面對此種現(xiàn)狀,各個廠家都在采用技術(shù)革新,來縮短加工時間和降低廢品率 。對于醫(yī)療手術(shù)針這類微小工件,加工它只是在期末端鉆削一個微孔,只需幾秒鐘的時間。 在我國由于工業(yè)起步較晚,所以相對于美英等國的制造業(yè)仍有一段差距,特別是在高精密的儀器制造方法,差距較大。 采用自動化機床,具有其顯著的特點,通過它可大大縮減在生產(chǎn)過程中的輔助時間,這樣,就大大提高生產(chǎn)效率,譬如,生產(chǎn)中一般零件的裝卸就占據(jù)所加工的 40%,而采用自動化生產(chǎn)線時,其裝卸都是有規(guī)律地自動裝卸,所需時間較短,同時,自動生產(chǎn)線還避免了人的主觀和客觀上的誤差,大大提高了加工精度,當然,采用自動線,勢必增加機床的復(fù)雜程度,對工人的素質(zhì)需要也相應(yīng)的提高。自動上下料裝置是自動機床和自動線設(shè)計中復(fù)雜程度高而且難度較大的組成部分之一。 本設(shè)計是一帶自動上下料裝置的高精度精密鉆床。 關(guān)鍵詞 高精度 微型 自動上下料 畢業(yè)設(shè)計說明書(論文)外文摘要 Title: A High Accuracy That Takes Voluntarily About Material Installation Precise Drilling Machine Abstract: It is a high accuracy that takes voluntarily about material installation precise drilling machine.
