【正文】 哈爾濱理工大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位論文 正弦波逆變電源的設(shè)計 摘要 此正弦波逆變電源的設(shè)計，用 的直流電作為輸入電壓，輸出電壓為 36V，頻率為 50HZ，額定滿載輸出功率為 50W 的正弦波交流電。該正弦波逆變電源以 TMS320 芯片為控制核心，由 Boost 升壓電路和全橋逆變電路構(gòu)成系統(tǒng)主電路，逆變部分采用 SPWM 調(diào)節(jié)方式，利用閉環(huán)反饋調(diào)節(jié)控制輸出電壓。 在控制電路上，以 TMS320 控制驅(qū)動電路，驅(qū)動 DC/DC 變換電路以及 DC/AC變換電路， TMS320 還控制 SPWM 的計算和實時電壓、電流采樣運算；在保護上，電路具有欠壓、過壓 、過流保護、輸出短路自恢復(fù)和頻率可調(diào)，以及輸出電壓可調(diào)等功能。其系統(tǒng)效率高，性能穩(wěn)定，該電源很好的完成了各項指標(biāo)，輸出功率達到 ,THD 為 %，逆變效率達到 93%，欠壓保護點 ,過壓保護點 ；當(dāng)欠壓時，輸出關(guān)閉。 關(guān)鍵詞 ：正弦波； SPWM； 升壓 ； 逆變器 哈爾濱理工大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位論文 Research on the singlephase sine wave inverter power Abstract This design of sine wave inverter, with 10 to DC as the input voltage .The sine wave AC output voltage is 36V,the frequency is 50HZ, and its rated full load output power is 50W. The sine wave inverter is using TMS320 chip as the control core. Its system main circuit is consist of the Boost circuit and fullbridge inverter circuit,The inverter part adopts SPWM adjustment method, and use closedloop feedback to control the output voltage .At the control circuit, with TMS320 to control drive circuit, driving DC / DC converter circuit and DC / AC converter circuit, TMS320 also controls SPWM puting and realtime voltage and current sampling operation. In the protection, the circuit has undervoltage, overvoltage, overcurrent protection, output short circuit selfrecovery and frequency is adjustable, and the output voltage is adjustable functions. Its system has high efficiency and stable performance. the power finishes every indicators very well, the output power reaches , THD reaches %, inverter efficiency reaches 93%, the undervoltage protection point reaches , overvoltage point reaches 。 when it is overvoltage, the output is off.
