CHANGSHA UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE amp。 TECHNOLOGY 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) 題目:變壓器油中活性硫測試方法的研究 學(xué)生姓名: 何 維 民 學(xué) 號: 202067090124 班 級 : 應(yīng)化 0901 專 業(yè): 應(yīng)用化學(xué) 指導(dǎo)教師: 汪 紅 梅 2020 年 6 月 變壓器油中活性硫測試方法的研究 學(xué)生姓名 : 何 維 民 學(xué) 號: 202067090124 班 級: 應(yīng)化 0901 所在院 (系 ): 化學(xué)與生物工程學(xué)院 指導(dǎo)教師 : 汪紅梅 完成日期 : 2020/6/20 變壓器油 中活性 硫測試方法的研究 變壓器油中活性硫測試方法的研究 摘要 本文采用艾氏卡法、庫侖法和高頻紅外法對變壓器中活性硫進行測定。調(diào)整艾氏卡法測定條件,通過以白油為基礎(chǔ)油,加入含活性硫的 2正丁基硫醚試劑配制一系列質(zhì)量濃度的硫標準樣品,參照 ASTM- D- 1275(B)法的實驗條件, 獲得含腐蝕性硫試樣, 優(yōu)化銅粉與樣品的反應(yīng)時間,分別測定與銅粉反應(yīng)前后的各樣中的全硫以及反應(yīng)后銅粉中硫含量。 通過硫標準樣品中腐蝕性硫含量的線性回歸r 值來衡量三種方法的精密性,對比艾氏卡法、高頻紅外法與庫 侖法,發(fā)現(xiàn)庫侖法是三種方法中最可信的測定油中腐蝕性硫的方法, 且 高頻紅外法是未來研究油中活性硫的一個新方向。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 變壓器油;活性硫測定;庫侖法;高頻紅外法;線性回歸 變壓器油 中活性 硫測試方法的研究 RESEARCH ON THE TEST METHOD OF CORROSIVE SULFUR IN TRANSFORMER OIL ABSTRACT In this paper, eschka, coulometry and high frequency infrared method are used to determine the active sulfur in transformer oil. 2nbutyl sulfide reagent containing active sulfur was added to paraffin liquid to prepare a series of sulfur standard samples. Reaction time between copper power and samples was optimized according to the experimental conditions of ASTMD1275 (B) method, and then the total sulfur of each sample before and after the reaction with the copper power , and the sulfur content of reacted copper power were determined respectively. The precision of the three methods was pared by the linear regression r of the content of corrosive sulfur in standard sulfur sample. The results showed that the coulometric method was the most reliable methods of the three methods and the highfrequency infrared method would be applied to measuring the active sulfur in oil in the future.
