【正文】 基于 石灰套筒窯的工作原理及操作說(shuō)明 I 摘 要 鋼鐵工業(yè)，電石工業(yè)，氧化鋁工業(yè)，耐火材料等工業(yè)都是石灰消耗大戶(hù)，近兩年這幾個(gè)行業(yè)都是高速發(fā)展的行業(yè)。每年的產(chǎn)量基本都是以 20%以上的速度增長(zhǎng)?？伤鼈冃枰闹饕牧希ㄝo助材料）石灰確沒(méi)有相應(yīng)增長(zhǎng)，所以造成了石灰的緊張，從而剌激了社會(huì)土石灰窯的大量上馬，土燒窯的遍地開(kāi)花又造成了對(duì)環(huán)境的嚴(yán)重污染，在這種情況下，國(guó)家和地方政府相繼出臺(tái)了一糸列整治土燒窯的政策和法規(guī)，但很難實(shí)現(xiàn)預(yù)期效果，原因是有需求的剌激。因此要想沏底治理土燒窯的污染，必須推行現(xiàn)代新技術(shù)石灰窯來(lái)解決需求的問(wèn)題。所謂現(xiàn)代新技術(shù)石灰窯就 是具有環(huán)保、節(jié)能功能和機(jī)械化 、自動(dòng)化程度較高的現(xiàn)代化石灰窯。它因采用了現(xiàn)代技術(shù)，所以它能充分利用廉價(jià)能源，特別能利用原來(lái)對(duì)環(huán)境有污染的氣體作主要能源，變廢為寶。這樣不但對(duì)環(huán)境能達(dá)到保護(hù)，而且它生產(chǎn)的石灰，不但質(zhì)量好而且成本低。對(duì)利用這一新技術(shù)的企業(yè)，經(jīng)濟(jì)效益會(huì)有明顯增加。這就是推廣新技術(shù)石灰窯的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本次設(shè)計(jì)主要的目的是： ,提高聯(lián)系實(shí)際和綜合分析的能力 . .如計(jì)算、應(yīng)用設(shè)計(jì)資料、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和規(guī)范等 . 、技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)和專(zhuān)業(yè)課 的知識(shí)，分析和解決工程技術(shù)問(wèn)題的工作能力。 、深化和擴(kuò)大學(xué)生所學(xué)基本理論、基本知識(shí)和基本技能。 ，樹(shù)立良好的學(xué)術(shù)思想和工作作風(fēng)。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 鋼鐵 石灰套筒窯 石灰 石 新套筒窯 沈陽(yáng)工程學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文） II Abstract Now, environmental issues have bee the iron and steel enterprises have to face challenges.
