【正文】 編 號(hào)本 科 生 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計(jì) ( 論 文 )題目: 板料沖壓數(shù)控送料機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì) 機(jī)械工程學(xué) 院 機(jī) 械 工 程 及 其 自動(dòng)化專 業(yè) 學(xué) 號(hào) 學(xué)生姓名 指導(dǎo)教師 周建華 __________________二〇一三年六月摘要I摘 要本文介紹了一種應(yīng)用于板料沖壓數(shù)控送料機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。從生產(chǎn)線實(shí)際出發(fā),根據(jù)具體的工作環(huán)境要求和功能需求設(shè)計(jì)出了一種自動(dòng)送料機(jī)。首先,根據(jù)其工作要求擬定板料上料結(jié)構(gòu)方案,以完成上料基本功能。分析沖床沖壓功能要求,確定工作臺(tái)自由度,進(jìn)而確定工作臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)方案。根據(jù)總體設(shè)計(jì)方案,將設(shè)計(jì)分為板料上料機(jī)構(gòu)、工作臺(tái)的傳動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)倆個(gè)模塊。在每個(gè)模塊內(nèi)部,采用自上而下的設(shè)計(jì)方法,從動(dòng)力機(jī)構(gòu)到傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu),再到最終執(zhí)行結(jié)構(gòu),逐步完成每個(gè)模塊具體零件的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì),以及重要零件的計(jì)算和校核。 然后,利用solidworks完成每個(gè)模塊主要零部件的三維建模,再將每個(gè)模塊的零件進(jìn)行部件裝配,最后完成總體裝配設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)總裝圖來(lái)檢驗(yàn)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)是否合理,然后不斷改進(jìn),進(jìn)而不斷優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),達(dá)到預(yù)期目的。關(guān)鍵詞:吸盤上料,皮帶輪送料,XY 軸工作臺(tái)平動(dòng)AbstractII ABSTRACTThis paper introduces a used sheet metal CNC Feeder structural design.
