【正文】 畢業(yè)設計（論文） 題目名稱：“三全食品”公司經(jīng)營業(yè)績的分析與評價 院系名稱： 班 級： 學 號： 學生姓名： 指導教師： 2020 年 5 月 “三全食品”公司經(jīng)營業(yè)績的分析與評價 The analysis and evaluation of management performance of San Quan Food Co., Ltd. 院系名稱： 國際教育學院 班 級： 學 號： 學生姓 名： 指導教師： 2020 年 5 月 論文編號： 202006334426 中原工學院國際教育學院本 科畢業(yè)論文 I 摘要 自從加入 WTO，對于民族企業(yè)是否能經(jīng)受住外來資本主義的沖擊一直是最受關注的焦點。而“三全食品”公司作為 中國民族 企業(yè)為數(shù)不多的產(chǎn)業(yè)開拓者和領導者，作為全國最大的速凍食品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)，憑借持續(xù)創(chuàng)新的精神和專注專業(yè)的企業(yè)文化為中國速凍食品行業(yè)帶來新的火花。但是，“三全食品”公司的未來發(fā)展與經(jīng)濟業(yè)績究竟是很好還是表面的風光，就需要通過對公司近幾年的經(jīng)營業(yè)績 進行分析預測來給出最后的結論。只有對企業(yè)的經(jīng)營業(yè)績進行全面細致的分析，科學合理地評價，才能揭示出企業(yè)健康發(fā)展的普遍規(guī)律，使企業(yè)的管理水平得到改善，經(jīng)濟效益得到提高。 本文在對“三全食品”公司的特點、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、發(fā)展前景進行初步分析的基礎之上，以它作為研究對象，針對其 20202020 年五年間的年度報告，利用指標分析、趨勢分析、結構分析、杜邦分析等方法，就該公司的運營能力、盈利能力、償債能力、發(fā)展能力等單項指標進行分析與評價，并通過杜邦分析法完成對該公司業(yè)績的綜合評價，發(fā)現(xiàn)“三全食品”公司存在長期償債能力不足， 存貨略有積壓等問題，并針對發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題提出優(yōu)化資產(chǎn)結構，提高存貨周轉率等使公司能夠穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的對策和建議。 對“三全食品”公司經(jīng)營業(yè)績的綜合評價有助于公司各利益相關者做出重要決策，為“三全食品”公司經(jīng)營者與投資者提供合理優(yōu)化資產(chǎn)結構的建議，也為經(jīng)營者改善其經(jīng)營業(yè)績提供了思路，并最終實現(xiàn)經(jīng)營業(yè)績的提高。 關鍵詞： 經(jīng)營業(yè)績，評價指標，業(yè)績問題，改善建議 中原工學院國際教育學院本 科畢業(yè)論文 II Abstract Since joining the WTO,the national enterprises are able to withstand the impact of foreign capitalism has always been the focus of most theSan Quan foodas the Chinese national enterprises is the one of the few industry pioneer and leader,as the country39。s largest quickfrozen food production enterprises,with the spirit of continuous innovation and professional enterprise culture brings new spark for frozen food industry in ,theSan Quan foodpany39。s future development and economic performance is good or the surface of the scenery,We need through the analysis and forecast to give the final conclusion on the operating results in recent only detailed and thorough analysis of the results of operations of the enterprise,scientific and rational evaluation, in order to reveal the universal law of the healthy development of enterprises,improve the enterprise management level,economic efficiency is improved. Based on theSan Quan foodpany39。s characteristics, development status, development prospects on the basis of preliminary analysis to it as the object of study for its fiveyear period 20202020,the annual report,use of index analysis,trend analysis,structural analysis,DuPont analysis and other methods,in relation to the pany39。s operations,profitability,solvency and ability to develop the analysis and evaluation of individual indicators,through the DuPont analysis to plete a prehensive evaluation of the performance of the pany,found that the pany longterm solvency deficiency exists,a slight backlog of inventory and other issues,and for the problem s raised optimize the asset structure, improve inventory turnover rate enabling pany to stable development of countermeasures and suggestions. The prehensive evaluation of theSan Quan foodpany operating performance to help all stakeholders in the pany to make an important decision, provide a reasonable assets structure optimization suggestions for theSan Quan foodoperators and investors,also provides a way for managers to improve the operating performance, and ultimately improve business performance.
