【正文】 本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書 論文題目: 基于單片機(jī)的正弦波逆變電源設(shè)計(jì) 年 月 日 I 摘要 本 次 設(shè)計(jì)是基于單片機(jī) STC 而設(shè)計(jì)的純正弦波逆變電源。額定輸入 U=12V 的直流電,輸出為 50Hz,220V 的交流電。額定輸出功率為 300W。設(shè)計(jì)了全方位的保護(hù)電路 。包含 了可以 根據(jù)溫度來(lái)控制散熱風(fēng)扇的開啟 。實(shí)現(xiàn)了 輸入低壓、過壓的關(guān)斷功能 。 當(dāng)輸入 U 過低時(shí), 逆變現(xiàn)象停止 , 這樣 可以防止蓄電池 的損壞。 當(dāng)輸入 U 過高時(shí),停止 逆變,可以防止 損壞芯片。擁有輸入防反接功能,當(dāng)輸入正負(fù)極接錯(cuò)時(shí), 關(guān)斷輸入與后級(jí)電路的連接, 不會(huì)燒壞芯片或蓄電池。采用了一個(gè)液晶屏來(lái)顯示輸出的電壓, 輸出 頻率等信息。 采用一對(duì)發(fā)光二極管來(lái)指示工作狀態(tài)。采用了一個(gè)蜂鳴器,當(dāng)產(chǎn)生錯(cuò)誤時(shí),發(fā)出蜂鳴報(bào)警。 輸出的交流電為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的正弦波,而不是方波或修正波,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)更寬范圍的帶負(fù)載能力。根據(jù) 實(shí)驗(yàn)分析 , 最終 轉(zhuǎn)換效率 達(dá)到 85%以上,輸出 結(jié)果 穩(wěn)定,達(dá)到了理想 的實(shí)驗(yàn)效果。 關(guān)鍵詞 單片機(jī),逆變電源,正弦波,反接保護(hù) Abstract The design is based on STC microcontroller designed for pure sine wave inverter.
