【正文】 哈爾濱理工大學學士學位論文 I 對基于 SSH 的酒店管理系統(tǒng) 摘要 隨著計算機的普及和計算機科學技術的飛速發(fā)展，人們開始越來越多地利用計算機解決實際問題。酒店面對大量的預定，入住以及人員管理和歷史記錄的查詢等問題，采用原始方式處理既浪費時間、又浪費人力和物力，并且數據的準確性低，所以酒店管理系統(tǒng)的出現起到了很重要的作用。因此，總結前人的經驗，開發(fā)交互性好，易于操作的酒店管理系統(tǒng)進行自動化處理變得十分重要，這正是本系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的目的和意義。 本文介紹了酒店管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)過程。論文詳細介紹了從系統(tǒng)的需求分析、可行性分析、概要設計、詳細設計、系統(tǒng)實現 的整個開發(fā)過程。 此系統(tǒng)實現了用戶對客房的預定、用戶自身信息的查詢、用戶對系統(tǒng)的留言、管理員對預定的處理、管理員對入住的接收，管理員對信息的查詢，管理員對歷史記錄的查詢，管理員對人員的管理，以及員工的簽到等功能，實現了易安裝性、易維護性和易操作性，并且系統(tǒng)運行穩(wěn)定、安全。酒店管理系統(tǒng)的應用對酒店起到了重要的作用。 此系統(tǒng)是對酒店前臺的業(yè)務進行管理，對某些環(huán)節(jié)進行了優(yōu)化，提高了工作效率， 使酒店管理者能夠及時了解收費狀況的許多必要的信息， 提高酒店的工作效率和競爭力。 本系統(tǒng)是以 Java 平臺作為開發(fā)環(huán)境，后臺采用 Mysql 數據庫，全面系統(tǒng)的介紹了整個軟件的開發(fā)全過程，介紹了如何進行數據庫連接，以及如何構建成熟的系統(tǒng)。在酒店收費系統(tǒng)的設計過程中 結合 運用 了 SSH 技術，實現一套適合中小型酒店的酒店管理系統(tǒng)。 經歷了一個比較完整的開發(fā)過程，并總結了開發(fā)過程中的實際經驗和體會。 關鍵詞 酒店管理； Java 語言； Mysql 數據庫； SSH 框架 哈爾濱理工大學學士學位論文 II The hotel management system based on SSH Abstract With the popularity of puter and rapid development of puter science and technology, more and more people are using puters to solve practical problems. The application of hotel management plays a very important role. In the face of a large number of reservations and occupancy, as well as personnel management, and historical records query, human processing can absolutely waste time, along with human and material resources, where the accuracy of the data is low. Therefore, developing a friendly interface, easy operation of the hotel management system for automated processing bees very important, which is the purpose and significance of this system development. This paper introduces the process of hotel management system development. This paper introduces the process ranging from the requirements from the system analysis, feasibility analysis, outline design, detailed design to system plays an important roles in the system. This system enables customers to book hotel rooms, ask for information, leave message for system. It also enables the administrator to treat reservations, receive the checkin, look for information and historic records, and manage staff, which also includes the functions like staff attendance. It realizes the goal of easy installation, easy maintenance and easy to operate, and the system is stable and safe. This system deals with the business of the hotel, optimizes some segments, improves efficiency which enables hotel managers to keep abreast of charge status of many information. It not only improves efficiency but also enhances the petitiveness. 哈爾濱理工大學學士學位論文 III The system is based on Java as the development environment, with the background using Mysql. It introduces a prehensive system of the whole process of the entire software development, describes how to manage the database connection, and how to build sophisticated systems. Charging system in the hotel design process using a bination of SSH technology, makes a hotel management system for small and medium hotels. After a more plete development process, it summarizes the practical experience of the development process.
