畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計(jì) 基于 Multisim 的高頻電路的建模與計(jì)算機(jī)仿真分析 學(xué) 院 名 稱: 新華學(xué)院 專 業(yè) 名 稱: 電子信息工程 年 級(jí): 2021 級(jí) 學(xué) 生 學(xué) 號(hào): 12021247260 學(xué) 生 姓 名: 指 導(dǎo) 教 師: 申 請(qǐng) 日 期: 202154 寧夏大學(xué)新華學(xué)院本科學(xué)位論文 I 摘 要 由于高頻電路在生活實(shí)際應(yīng)用中有很大的作用,因而也是通信系統(tǒng)必不可少的環(huán)節(jié)。所以對(duì)于課題基于 multisim 的高頻電路的建模與計(jì)算機(jī)仿真分析的研究有很大的意義,并且由于對(duì)課題的研究,讓我更深入了解了有關(guān)高頻電路的概念。經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)高頻概念基礎(chǔ)概念的理解,將高頻電路的幾部分做一深入的分析和計(jì)算機(jī)仿真,分別有調(diào)諧放大器、正弦波振蕩器、高頻功率放大器、混頻器和調(diào)幅與解調(diào)。通過(guò)介紹這幾部分的基礎(chǔ)應(yīng)用和基本原理 ,利用電子設(shè)計(jì)工具軟件 Multisim 對(duì)電路從方案選擇、單元電路設(shè)計(jì)、元器件參數(shù)選取等方面進(jìn)行具體設(shè)計(jì)分析,同時(shí)對(duì)電路進(jìn)行仿真測(cè)試,通過(guò)仿真結(jié)果分析電路特性,得出結(jié)果使電路得到進(jìn)一步完善。并且經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)基礎(chǔ)概念的理解,深入分析調(diào)幅收音機(jī)的工作原理。 關(guān)鍵詞 :高頻電路; 建模; 計(jì)算機(jī)仿真; 調(diào)幅收音機(jī) 寧夏大學(xué)新華學(xué)院本科學(xué)位論文 II Abstract The high frequency circuit is the actual application has a large part, and is also essential to link munications systems. so based on the issue of high frequency circuit multisim modeling and simulation study of puter analysis is of great significance and the subject of research, let me better understanding about the concept of the high frequency the concepts underlying concept of high frequency of the high frequency circuit several parts to make a thorough analysis and puter simulations, tuning of an amplifier, sinusoidal waves oscillator, high frequency of power amplifier, frequency and am and introducing the few parts of the application and principles,the use of electronic design tools Multisim power amplifier circuit of from the program selection, cell design, ponent selection and other aspects of the specific parameters of design analysis, simulation testing the circuit at the same time , the simulation results of circuit characteristics, the circuit has been further the basic concepts to understand, analyze am radio works.
