【正文】 成績 課 程 設(shè) 計(jì) 報(bào) 告 設(shè)計(jì)題目 灌裝生產(chǎn) 線監(jiān)控組態(tài) 設(shè)計(jì) 課程名稱 監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)程序設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù) 姓名 學(xué)號(hào) 班級(jí) 自動(dòng)化 0904 導(dǎo) 師 韓曉霞 設(shè)計(jì)日期 2020 年 01 月 09 日 《監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)程序設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)》課程設(shè)計(jì)報(bào)告 I 灌裝生產(chǎn) 線監(jiān)控 組態(tài) 設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要 隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展，越來越多的工業(yè)過程都實(shí)現(xiàn)了現(xiàn)代化、自動(dòng)化控制，二其中不乏用到組態(tài)軟件。組態(tài)軟件在工業(yè)控制中的使用越來越廣泛，與我們的生活接觸越來越緊密，大到航空航天設(shè)備的生產(chǎn)制造，小到一瓶礦泉水的生產(chǎn)都會(huì) 與組態(tài)軟件密不可分。因此作為一名自動(dòng)化專業(yè)畢業(yè)的學(xué)生，有必要學(xué)好并且用好此類軟件。 此次課程設(shè)計(jì) 為灌裝生產(chǎn)線監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的組態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)， 主要模擬出灌裝生產(chǎn)線的流程，主要包括上料、加工、裝瓶、計(jì)數(shù)以及裝箱等過程。 另外，為了更好的觀測實(shí)驗(yàn)現(xiàn)象、更好的分析實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)，增加了報(bào)警檢測，繪出了實(shí)時(shí)曲線、歷史曲線和歷史表格等曲線數(shù)據(jù)信息。 經(jīng)過幾天的設(shè)計(jì)，基本達(dá)到預(yù)期目標(biāo)，實(shí)現(xiàn)了預(yù)定的所有功能，在此基礎(chǔ)上，加入了一些自己的想法，使效果更佳。 關(guān)鍵詞： 組態(tài)軟件 ； 灌裝生產(chǎn)線 ； 灌裝生產(chǎn) 線監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)組態(tài) 設(shè)計(jì) （課程設(shè)計(jì)題目） II Filling Production Line Control Configuration Design Abstract With the continuous development of science and technology, more and more of the industrial processes to achieve a modern, automatic control, two among them using configuration software.
