本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計 (論文 ) 題目 : 反鏟液壓挖掘機工作機構(gòu)設(shè)計 教學(xué)單位: 機電工程系 專 業(yè): 機械設(shè)計制造及其自動化 學(xué) 號: 0912020339 姓 名: 劉寄吧 指導(dǎo)教師: 2020 年 6 月 I 摘 要 液壓 挖掘機是一種重要的工程機械,它的廣泛應(yīng)用對 于減輕勞動量,保證工程質(zhì)量,加快工程進度,提高勞動生產(chǎn)率起了巨大的作用。反鏟工作裝置由動臂,斗桿,動臂液壓缸,斗桿液壓缸和鏟斗液壓缸組成。 本文根據(jù)液壓挖掘機反鏟裝置的結(jié)構(gòu)特點和工作 原理,對其各主要機構(gòu)進行了運動學(xué)分析。并在此基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)任務(wù) 書的設(shè)計要求,結(jié)合各機構(gòu)的工作特點和設(shè)計要求,在對各機構(gòu)分析計算的同時,結(jié)合構(gòu)件已知尺寸參數(shù),算出各機構(gòu)中構(gòu)件的其它參數(shù),為各構(gòu)件的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計提供數(shù)據(jù)支撐。 挖掘力是衡量挖掘機挖掘能力的重要參數(shù) , 挖掘力是由各液壓缸中的油液壓力提供的,是主動力。最大挖掘力的實現(xiàn)受 諸多因素的制約,它是工作裝置各鉸點受力分析的基礎(chǔ)。挖掘阻力不僅與鏟斗的尺寸形狀有關(guān),還與挖掘?qū)ο笥嘘P(guān),是兩者的綜合反映。 關(guān)鍵 字 : 液壓挖掘機 反鏟裝置 運動分析 參數(shù)設(shè)計 力學(xué)分析II Abstract Hydraulic excavator is an important engineering wide application played a tremendous role to reducing the volume of labor and to ensuring project quality and to accelerating progress and to increasing working devices is made up of a moving arm and a fighting pole and shovel and a hydraulic tank of moving arm and a hydraulic tank of fighting pole and a hydraulic tank of shovel.
