【正文】 I 基于 “ 智慧城市 ” 建設(shè)中移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的發(fā)展研究 中文摘要 智慧城市是新的信息技術(shù)革命和科技變革的產(chǎn)物 ，其 核心是利用新一代信息技術(shù) 來 改進(jìn)政府、企業(yè)和人們的交互方式，以更具智慧的方式 來 處理 問題 ， 不斷提高 人們的 工作效率和生活質(zhì)量，提升城市的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和創(chuàng)新能力。從技術(shù)本質(zhì)來說，智慧城市是面向目標(biāo)的數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)控、信息提取和整合應(yīng)用 ， 涉及多信息體系互聯(lián)協(xié)同、快速可變的業(yè)務(wù)處理、數(shù)據(jù)分析和知識(shí)生成、預(yù)測(cè)決策支持等。 移動(dòng)通信技術(shù) 是 智慧城市 在 信息 領(lǐng)域的 集大成者， 它的發(fā)展 將在公共設(shè)施 的建設(shè)方面發(fā)揮非常重要的作用。如 在 醫(yī)療、教育、旅 游、交通 和 社會(huì)生活等方面它 將 會(huì) 得到廣泛的 地應(yīng) 用。通過學(xué)習(xí)和研究國(guó)內(nèi)外 的 相關(guān)理論， 說明 哪些技術(shù)可以應(yīng)用到城市公共建設(shè)中去，如何讓城市發(fā)展 的 更智能、更安全 。然后 結(jié)合自身工作實(shí)際， 指出了 移動(dòng)通信技術(shù)在智慧城市 的建設(shè) 中 存在的 不足，并提出相應(yīng)的政策建議和發(fā)展方向。 本文創(chuàng)新 點(diǎn)是 簡(jiǎn)單明了 地 展示出技術(shù)的進(jìn)步和應(yīng)用是與每個(gè)人的生活息息相關(guān)的 ， 在公共設(shè)施建設(shè)中， 首先 以甘肅省天水市為例子， 來說明 移動(dòng)技術(shù)的發(fā)展 在生活中的應(yīng)用量和 給城市生活帶來的便捷。 其次針對(duì)如何將 已有的移動(dòng)技術(shù)更好 地 融合到城市 的 建設(shè)和發(fā)展中去 提出了一些 建議。 最后 提出將 移動(dòng)通信技術(shù)的發(fā)展 與 政府公共設(shè)施的建設(shè)結(jié)合起來， 能 更好 地 服務(wù)于民 并 讓每一個(gè)人成為技術(shù)進(jìn)步的受益者。 關(guān)鍵詞： “智慧城市” ；移動(dòng)通信技術(shù)；公共設(shè)施建設(shè) ； 政府公共設(shè)施 II The Development and Optimization Studies of Mobile Inter Technology Based on Wisdom City Construction Abstract Wisdom city is the result of new information technology revolution and technological change, its core is to improve the interactive mode among government, enterprises and people using a new generation of information technology, deal with the problem in the form of more intelligent, increase the work efficiency and life quality of people, and promote the petitiveness and innovation abilities of the city. From the technical essence, wisdom city is data monitoring, information extraction and integrated applications face the target, involving many information systems interconnection together, fast variable business process, data analysis, knowledge generation, forecasting, decision support, etc. Mobile munication technology is an epitome of wisdom city in the field of information, its development will play a very important role in the construction of public facilities. Such as in the aspects of the health care, education, tourism, transportation and social activities and so on， it will be widely used. Through learning and research the related theories both at home and abroad, illustrates which technologies can be applied to the construction of urban public, how to make the urban development be more intelligent and safer. Then bining the work reality of myself, point out the existing shortages of mobile munication technology in the construction of wisdom city, and put forward the corresponding policy suggestions and development directions. The innovation point of this paper is simply and clearly shown the progress of technology and application is closely related to everyone39。s life. In the construction of public facilities, firstly, we takes Tianshui city, Gansu province as the example to illustrate the development of mobile munication technology’s applied amount in life and the convenience it brings to the city life. Secondly, some suggestions, which were about how to move the existing technologies to better integrate into the urban construction and development, were put forward. Finally, we present to bine the development of mobile munication technology and the construction of public facilities, which can better serve the people, and make everyone be the beneficiaries of technological progress.
