黑龍江工程學(xué)院本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) I 摘 要 為了縮短礦工上下井的路途時(shí)間,減輕礦工上下井的體能消耗,并且針對(duì)部分 地區(qū) 煤礦因斜井巷道比較窄,索道長(zhǎng)度在 500 米左右,最大傾角為 15176。 ,地勢(shì)環(huán)境比較差以及起重運(yùn)輸不便等原因, 不能使用雙向無極循環(huán)運(yùn)行模式,而需采用單向循環(huán)運(yùn)行模式。 實(shí)現(xiàn) 其具有運(yùn)行安全可靠、人員上下方便、隨到隨行、不需等待、一次性投入低、動(dòng)力消耗小、操作簡(jiǎn)單、便于維護(hù)、工作人員少和運(yùn)送效率高等特點(diǎn) 。 于是本設(shè)計(jì) 采用 PLC系統(tǒng) 控制, 并在控制系統(tǒng)中加入一氧化碳傳感器、甲烷傳感器、緊急停車裝置、過擺保護(hù)開關(guān)等元件進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì), 設(shè)計(jì)出滿足要 求 的猴車控制系統(tǒng),對(duì)架空乘人裝置、 PLC、氣體傳感器進(jìn)行選型和計(jì)算,解決實(shí)際使用中容易出現(xiàn)的問題, 根據(jù)系統(tǒng)要求設(shè)計(jì)出能滿足控制要求的控制電路、流程圖以及控制程序 ,并達(dá)成預(yù)期目標(biāo)。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 猴 車; PLC; 斜井 ; 單向 運(yùn)行 ;起重運(yùn)輸 黑龍江工程學(xué)院本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) II ABSTRACT In order to shorten the journey time miners fluctuation Wells, and reduce the miners fluctuation Wells physique consume, and in order for some part of inclined coal roadway is narrow in somewhere, the maximum Angle in about 500m for 15176。, hypsography environment is poorer, and lifting transportation inconvenient and so on, cannot use twoway nonpolar circular running mode, and the need to adopt oneway cycle operating mode.
