【正文】 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書(shū) (論文 ) 作 者: 高至祺 學(xué) 號(hào): 1007240619 學(xué) 院: 自動(dòng)化工程學(xué)院 班 級(jí): 自動(dòng) 106 專(zhuān) 業(yè): √ 自動(dòng)化 □測(cè)控技術(shù)與儀器 所 在 系: √ 控制科學(xué)與工程 □儀器科學(xué)與技術(shù) 題 目: 電力電子裝置電流檢測(cè)與過(guò)流保護(hù) 系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì) 指導(dǎo)者: 張玉財(cái) 副教授 簽字: 評(píng)閱者: 2020 年 6 月 吉 林 摘 要 I 摘 要 本論文針對(duì)不間斷電源以霍爾傳感器和 AT89C51 單片機(jī)為核心,設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)利用霍爾效應(yīng)實(shí)現(xiàn)電流檢測(cè)并帶過(guò)流保護(hù)的裝置。該裝置在片外擴(kuò)展 A/D 轉(zhuǎn)換接口,系統(tǒng)選用ADC0804 轉(zhuǎn)換器,電流檢測(cè)元件采用 ACS712 霍爾傳感器。 在上述硬件基礎(chǔ)上,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì) ADC0804 芯片的啟動(dòng)與讀寫(xiě)操作,完成對(duì)來(lái)自 ACS712的直流電流信號(hào)的 A/D 轉(zhuǎn)換工作,當(dāng) A/D 轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)束后, ADC0804 向 CPU 發(fā)出一個(gè)信號(hào),CPU對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)換后的 數(shù)字量進(jìn)行處理,并將結(jié)果通過(guò)數(shù)碼管實(shí)時(shí)顯示出來(lái),達(dá)到檢測(cè)電流的目的。并且 采用新型超低 電壓 檢測(cè)器 PT7M6lOl 及一些通用元器件設(shè)計(jì)的一種通用過(guò)流保護(hù)電路,經(jīng)實(shí)驗(yàn)其效果較好。 該保護(hù)電路的特點(diǎn)是:最大的允許工作電流 Imax 可設(shè)定;在正常工作狀態(tài) (無(wú)過(guò)流發(fā)生 )時(shí),電路耗電極小,約幾十微安;一旦有過(guò)流狀態(tài)出現(xiàn),切斷負(fù)載電源迅速 (約幾毫秒 ),并鎖 存 (印保持負(fù)載斷開(kāi)電源狀態(tài) ),不影響其他電路工作;控制切斷電源的 PMOSFET 的壓降小,檢測(cè)電流的電阻 Rs 上的壓降小 (僅 1OOmV),所以電路的效率 95%;有過(guò)流狀態(tài)指示;電路簡(jiǎn)單、無(wú)需調(diào)整;若都采用貼片式元器件占印制板面積較小。 關(guān)鍵詞:霍爾傳感器; AT89C51;過(guò)流保護(hù) 東北電力大學(xué)自動(dòng)化工程學(xué)院學(xué)士學(xué)位論文 II ABSTRACT In this paper, the uninterruptible power supply to the Holzer sensor and AT89C51 SCM as the core, the device with overcurrent protection by the use of a Holzer effect of current detection and design.
