【正文】 遼寧科技大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 第 I 頁(yè) 2150 粗軋機(jī)主傳動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要 此次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)象是 2150 粗軋機(jī)主傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)。軋機(jī)是將鋼錠及連續(xù)鑄坯軋制成材的生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)。用軋制的方法生產(chǎn)鋼材,具有生產(chǎn)率高、品種多、生產(chǎn)過(guò)程連續(xù)性強(qiáng)、易于實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。因此軋機(jī)得到廣泛的應(yīng)用 ,約有 90﹪ 的鋼都是經(jīng)過(guò)軋制成材的。軋機(jī)設(shè)備的好壞對(duì)軋鋼廠的效益有很大的影響,而且軋鋼產(chǎn)業(yè)在整個(gè)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中占據(jù)著異常重要的地位。這些同時(shí)說(shuō)明了本次設(shè)計(jì)的必要性和重要性,并且設(shè)計(jì)本身也是對(duì)我們的所學(xué)起到檢驗(yàn)作用。設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容包括傳動(dòng)方案的選擇,軋制力計(jì)算及主電機(jī)容量的選擇,驗(yàn)算軋輥穩(wěn)定 性,工作輥和支撐輥的設(shè)計(jì)及強(qiáng)度校核,軋輥軸承的選擇,萬(wàn)向連接軸的選擇計(jì)算,潤(rùn)滑方法的選擇,環(huán)保性及經(jīng)濟(jì)分析。設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)論得出此次設(shè)計(jì)的軋機(jī)主傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)有較好的調(diào)速性能、較寬的調(diào)速范圍、響應(yīng)速度快、軋制質(zhì)量高、傳動(dòng)平穩(wěn)、潤(rùn)滑條件好、噪音低、使用壽命長(zhǎng)等優(yōu)點(diǎn),各零部件也滿(mǎn)足條件,完全達(dá)到了設(shè)計(jì)要求。 關(guān)鍵詞: 主傳動(dòng);粗軋機(jī);可逆軋制;工作輥;支承輥 遼寧科技大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 第 II 頁(yè) 2150 Roughing Mill Main Drive Design Abstract The graduation project is a 2150 design objects roughing mill main drive system. Mill is rolling ingot and continuous slab lumber production processes. Produced by rolling steel, high productivity, variety, continuity of the production process, easy to realize the advantages of automation. So the mill is widely used, about 90% of the steel is rolled through veteran. The quality of mill equipment has a great impact on the effectiveness of the rolling mill and rolling mill industry occupies an extremely important position in the national economy. These also describes the necessity and importance of this design, and the design itself is also learned to play our role in testing.
