【正文】 中北大學(xué) 2020屆畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書 年產(chǎn) 3000 噸乳酸的生產(chǎn)車間工藝設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要 目前 乳酸是世界上應(yīng)用廣泛的三大有機(jī)酸之一。 本設(shè)計(jì)綜述了國(guó)內(nèi)外乳酸的生產(chǎn)工藝及其發(fā)展前景。在對(duì)各種乳酸生產(chǎn)工藝進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)比較后,選擇了糖化發(fā)酵的生產(chǎn)工藝。通過(guò)物料衡算、熱量衡算、主體設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)、輔助設(shè)備選型以及車間布置,完成了 ,繪制了主體設(shè)備圖、工藝流程圖及車間布置圖等,并對(duì)整個(gè)工藝方案進(jìn)行了經(jīng)濟(jì)、環(huán)保和安全評(píng)價(jià),表明該工藝設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)濟(jì)合理 。 關(guān)鍵詞: 乳桿菌 , 大米和麩皮 , 糖化發(fā)酵法 ,工藝設(shè)計(jì) 中北大學(xué) 2020屆畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書 The annual output of 3000 tons of lactic acid production workshop process design Abstract Lactic acid is one of the three anic acids which is widely used in the world. This design reviewed the production technology of lactic acid and its prospects for development both at home and abroad were. In production technology for a variety of lactic acid after detailed parison, I chose the diastatic fermentation production process. Through the material balance, heat balance, main equipment design, selection of auxiliary equipment and layout of the plant, I’m done the annual output of 3000 tons of lactic acid production workshop process design, map the main equipment and process flow diagram and workshop layout, etc., and probes into the whole process of economic, environmental and safety evaluation, which shows that it’s an economic and reasonable process design.
