遼寧科技大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) (論文) 第 I 頁斜刀片冷剪機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)遼寧科技大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) (論文) 第 II 頁摘要本次設(shè)計(jì)的目的是能夠綜合的運(yùn)用所學(xué)的知識(shí),理論,對(duì)斜刀片冷剪機(jī)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。首先介紹了了我國(guó)當(dāng)前的剪切機(jī)的種類,今后的發(fā)展方向,提出剪切機(jī)在生產(chǎn)中存在的問題;然后對(duì)斜刀片冷剪機(jī)的傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行分析,提出設(shè)計(jì)方案,最后對(duì)剪切機(jī)構(gòu)的主要零件進(jìn)行受力分析和強(qiáng)度校核。分別對(duì)齒輪的選擇,軸的選擇,還有軸承和皮帶輪的選擇進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,以此同時(shí)也進(jìn)行了校核。對(duì)齒輪進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)的時(shí),我采用的是對(duì)齒輪齒面接觸疲勞強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行了計(jì)算,并且運(yùn)用齒根彎曲疲勞強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行了校核。在校核過程中,對(duì)齒輪的設(shè)計(jì)校核有了更深的認(rèn)識(shí),以及如何在剪切機(jī)中選用合適的齒輪。并對(duì)剪切機(jī)中的主要零部件的潤(rùn)滑方式進(jìn)行了論述,運(yùn)用 ATUOCAD 軟件,對(duì)該設(shè)計(jì)的可靠性與經(jīng)濟(jì)性進(jìn)行分析評(píng)價(jià)。關(guān)鍵詞:斜刀片剪切機(jī);ATUOCAD 軟件;設(shè)計(jì);校核Design of cold shear blades obliqueAbstract遼寧科技大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) (論文) 第 III 頁This is designed to prehensive use of knowledge, theory, the blade cut machine design cold. It introduces the present situation of our country39。s shear machine type, the future direction of development, put forward the shear machine in production problems。 And then the blade of the transmission system of cold cut machine, the article analyzes the design scheme, then to the main parts of shearing mechanism analysis of stress and intensity. On the choice of gear respectively, the choice of the shaft bearing and pulley, and the selection of design calculation, and, in doing so, also checks. The design of gear, I use is on gear tooth surface contact fatigue strength calculation, and use the tooth root bending fatigue strength checks. In checking process, the design of gear check had a deeper understanding, and how to choose the right in shear machine of the gear. And the shear machine of main ponents of lubrication method were discussed, use ATUOCAD software, to the design reliability and economical analysis and evaluation.
