【正文】 Southwest university of science and technology 本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計（論文） 校內(nèi)問卷管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與實(shí)現(xiàn) 學(xué)院名稱 計算機(jī)科學(xué)與技術(shù)學(xué)院 專業(yè)名稱 信息安全 學(xué)生姓名 ** 學(xué)號 ***** 指導(dǎo)教師 ***** 二〇一五年六月 西南科技大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)論文 I 校內(nèi)問卷管理系統(tǒng) 摘要： 在計算機(jī)技術(shù) 日新月異 的今天，運(yùn)行于計算機(jī)系統(tǒng)上的各種網(wǎng)站正在逐漸滲透我們的日常 的生活 和 學(xué)習(xí) 中。過去采用人工宣傳、記錄、統(tǒng)計的問卷調(diào)查方式也開始被在線問卷調(diào) 查的方式所取代 。 校內(nèi)問卷管理系統(tǒng)就是在線問卷調(diào)查系統(tǒng)，用戶能夠注冊并參與問卷調(diào)查，可以方便地實(shí)現(xiàn)校內(nèi)問卷調(diào)查工作的開展。 開發(fā)該系統(tǒng)主要采用 技術(shù)和 SQL 數(shù)據(jù)庫相結(jié)合的方式。系統(tǒng)集問卷、統(tǒng)計與管理功能于一體，記錄用戶問卷調(diào)查 的數(shù)據(jù) ，更新數(shù)據(jù)庫，能夠顯示問卷結(jié)果，而且即時更新。管理員模塊能夠管理維護(hù)問卷、問卷題目和問卷題目 的 選項(xiàng)，可以方便地實(shí)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)在線問卷 調(diào)查與 管理。問卷 管理系統(tǒng)大大節(jié)省了人力物力，使問卷調(diào)查更高效、更快捷。 關(guān)鍵詞： 問卷調(diào)查 ； 校內(nèi)問卷管理 ； 西南科技大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)論文 II Campus Questionnaire Management System Abstract: with the constant development and progress of puter technology today, various websites running on a puter system is gradually perating in our daily life and study. Using artificial propaganda, the past records and questionnaire are replaced by online questionnaire. Campus questionnaire management system is the online questionnaire survey system, users can register and participate in the questionnaire survey, questionnaire can easily realize campus of the system mainly uses the technology and the bination of SQL database. System integrating questionnaire, statistics and management function, record the user survey data, update the database, can according to the questionnaire results, and realtime updates. Administrator module to maintenance management questionnaire, and the option of questions in the questionnaire questions in the questionnaire, you can easily realize online questionnaire survey and management. Questionnaire management system greatly save the resources, make the questionnaire more efficient and faster.
