上海理工大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)論文 1 機械畢業(yè)論文 毛皮沖孔機的設(shè)計 摘 要 用毛皮制作的服裝以其保暖,舒適,高貴等特點備受人們的喜愛,若在服飾中加入藥材,可起到保健,治病的作用。 天然皮革具有透氣性 ,這主要是通過皮板中的纖維間隙、毛細管和毛孔來透氣。毛皮帶有毛被 ,無毛孔 ,因而透氣性較差。要使藥力透過皮板充分發(fā)揮藥效 ,就必須在皮板上開孔而又要保持毛被的美觀。本文 探討了毛皮沖孔機的國內(nèi)外研究進展、開發(fā)背景、市場需求,并對毛皮沖孔機在開發(fā)、設(shè)計、使用需求上的狀況進行了分析。明確了毛皮沖孔機的設(shè)計目的和設(shè)計意義,確定了設(shè)計理念和原則要求,在此基本上進行了毛皮沖孔機設(shè)計。 通過對毛皮結(jié)構(gòu)的分析,提出了“針刺熱熨”的沖孔方法,采用圓錐沖針沖刺和沖針熱熨擴孔,圓滿解決了在皮板上沖孔又不傷毛被的問題。通過槽輪和凸輪的運用,實現(xiàn)了機器的多工位運轉(zhuǎn),大大提高了在皮板上開孔的效率和質(zhì)量。 在 對各部分機械結(jié)構(gòu)的多種方案進行比較基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合生產(chǎn)實際,給出沖孔機整體結(jié)構(gòu)及各零件的設(shè)計。通過參數(shù)計算對沖孔機的主要零件進行選擇和校核,最后應(yīng)用通過Catia軟件實現(xiàn)沖孔機的三維建模和裝配,通過 AutoCAD軟件實現(xiàn)二維工程圖繪制。 簡言之,本文旨在設(shè)計一種能幫助企業(yè)提高生產(chǎn)效 率,降低生產(chǎn)成本的新型毛皮沖孔機,不單是通過傳統(tǒng)的二維設(shè)計圖紙,而是通過三維軟件 Catia,將沖孔機形象生動地展現(xiàn)在人們面前。 關(guān)鍵詞: 毛皮針刺、熱熨、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計、三維建模、二維工程圖 毛皮沖孔機的設(shè)計 2 The design of fur punching machine ABSTRACT People like clothing made of fur because it is warm , fortable and we put medicinal materials into clothes,it can make a role in keeping health and curing leather have breathability and it breathe chiefly by fiber gap ,capillary and pore of dermatome .But pelage have bad breathability because of its fleece and having no pore. The article probes into the research progress at home and abroad,the development background and market requirement of the fur punching also analyses the condition of this machine about development design and user its purpose and significance of design clear. Through the medium of analyses of pelt structural ,we present acupuncture hot medicated press which is a punch method adopt taper opposition pin spurt and opposition pin hot medicated press method pletion solve the problem that is punch on the cutis plate without injuring its fleece. with the handle of grooved pulley and cam, we realize the multiplex potential ran of the machine which greatly advance the efficiency and quality of tapping on the cutis plate. incorporation produce practice, I gave out monolithic construction and each partial designing of punching machine which based on the pare of manifold design of each several part of mechanical structure. I made option and check the major parts of the punching machine by calculating the parameter. in the end, I use Catia realize threed modeling and assembly of the punching machine, and I use Autocad realize twodimensional engineering drawing. In short, this article is for the purpose of designing one kind of new fur punch press to be able to help the pany to enhance the production efficiency, reduces the production cost the.
