I 青島農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué) 畢 業(yè) 論 文(設(shè)計) 題 目: 濰坊富康花園住宅樓設(shè)計 姓 名: 學(xué) 院: 建筑工程學(xué)院 專 業(yè): 土木工程 II 濰坊富康花園住宅樓設(shè)計 摘要: 本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計 為濰坊富康花園住宅樓 設(shè)計。設(shè)計內(nèi) 容包括建筑設(shè)計和結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計兩部分。該 住宅樓為五 層現(xiàn)澆 混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu),位于 濰坊郊區(qū) , 一層為商業(yè)房,二至五層為住宅, 抗震設(shè)防烈度為 7度,總建筑面積約 5500 平方米。 建筑設(shè)計部分,按照下發(fā)的畢業(yè)設(shè)計任務(wù)書所含的設(shè)計資料以及住宅樓設(shè)計規(guī)范對本建筑初步設(shè)計,合理考慮功能分區(qū),合理規(guī)劃水平及空間流線。結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計部分,先確定所需的一品框架,再分別計算恒載、活載、風(fēng)荷載及地震荷載作用下的剪力、彎矩等內(nèi)力。進(jìn)行內(nèi)力分析,繪制結(jié)構(gòu)各梁柱的內(nèi)力組合表,找出最不利的內(nèi)力組合。以最不利內(nèi)力組合為依據(jù),進(jìn)行配筋及構(gòu)件計算。計算完成后,按照構(gòu)造及規(guī)范的要求,繪制配筋圖,結(jié)構(gòu)施工 圖。通過設(shè)計,使得本住宅樓滿 足 使用的要求,還應(yīng)體現(xiàn)出可持續(xù)發(fā)展的人性化理念。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 住宅 樓;框架結(jié)構(gòu);建筑設(shè)計;結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計 III The Design of Weifang Fukang Garden Residential Building Student majoring in Civil Engineering Tao Jia Tutor Name Wang cuiqin Abstract: This graduation design is the design of Weifang Beverly Garden residential building. The design includes architectural design and structural design of two parts. The architectural design part, according to the design data and design task book contained and residential building design code for preliminary design of the building, consider a reasonable function division, reasonable planning and space. Structure design part, first determine the required goods in a frame, and then calculate the dead load, live load, wind load and seismic load, bending moment, shear force. Internal analysis, draw the structure of each girder internal force bination table, to find the most unfavorable bination of internal forces. In the most unfavorable bination of internal forces as the basis, calculation of reinforcement and ponent. Calculation is pleted, according to the structure and specification requirements, drawing the reinforcement plan, construction drawing.
