【正文】 本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) (論文 ) 題目 : 電動(dòng)汽車(chē)動(dòng)力電池充電系統(tǒng)功率部分 設(shè)計(jì) 院 (系): 專(zhuān) 業(yè): 班 級(jí): 學(xué) 生: 學(xué) 號(hào): 指導(dǎo)教師: 2020 年 6 月 I 本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) (論文 ) 題目 : 電動(dòng)汽車(chē)動(dòng)力電池充電系統(tǒng)功率部分 設(shè)計(jì) 院 (系): 專(zhuān) 業(yè): 班 級(jí): 學(xué) 生: 學(xué) 號(hào): 指導(dǎo)教師: 2020 年 6 月 I 電動(dòng) 汽車(chē)動(dòng)力電池充電系統(tǒng)功率部分設(shè)計(jì) 摘要 為滿(mǎn)足電動(dòng)汽車(chē)蓄電池?zé)o損傷快速充電的需求 , 將大功率開(kāi)關(guān)電源變換技術(shù)應(yīng)用于充電系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)了由電動(dòng)汽車(chē)動(dòng)力電池充電系統(tǒng)功率部分。結(jié)合實(shí)際充電要求 , 在電動(dòng)汽車(chē)充電系統(tǒng)的總體方案的基礎(chǔ)上 , 就方案中涉及到的大功率充電電源拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)的選擇 , 進(jìn)行了并具體介紹了控制電路及保護(hù)電路的設(shè)計(jì)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明該充電電源可以在短時(shí)間內(nèi)實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)動(dòng)力蓄電池的無(wú)損傷充電 , 滿(mǎn)足快速充電的要求。文章所研究的 充電系統(tǒng)為新型電動(dòng)汽車(chē)提供了一種可靠有效的充電設(shè)備 , 具有很強(qiáng)的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。 采用功率因數(shù)校正以及隔離變壓調(diào)制的方式的充電電源,具有體積小、重量輕、可靠性高、整機(jī)變換效率高、對(duì)供電電網(wǎng)干擾小等特點(diǎn)。同時(shí)整個(gè)系統(tǒng)還增加了多種保護(hù)電路措施,安全性符合車(chē)用設(shè)備的通用規(guī)范,具有很強(qiáng)的實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 電動(dòng)汽車(chē); BOOST 變換; APFC 校正;半橋變換 II Design of Battery Charging System for Electric Vehicle Abstract High power switch source converter technique that is applied to intelligent charger is presented in this paper to meet the requirement of fast and scathe less charging for the auto mobile storage batteries. As the need of charging, the total scheme of quick charging system for electric vehicle is given, and the selection of topology configuration of high power charger, the design of control circuit and protection circuit are introduced in detail Experimental results prove that the charging power can scathe lessly charge for power batteries in short time, which meet the requirement of rapid charging. The study in this paper provides reliable and effective charging equipment for novel automobile vehicle and shows good application prospect.
