【正文】 題 目: A/O 工藝處理石化污水的設(shè)計(jì) 院 系: 專(zhuān) 業(yè): 班 級(jí): 學(xué)生姓名: 指導(dǎo)教師: 論文提交日期: 年 月 日 論文答辯日期: 年 月 日 摘要 本設(shè)計(jì)的題目是設(shè)計(jì)一座化工污水處理廠。該污水處理廠位于某石油化工廠內(nèi),其處理的污水量為 萬(wàn)噸 /天,初始的 BOD5 的濃度為350mg/L,SS的濃度為 450 mg/L。 本設(shè)計(jì)采用的工藝為 A/O 生物除磷系統(tǒng),該工藝在污水處理方面屬較為新穎的方法,技術(shù)較為成熟,較之普通的污水處理工藝有其不可比擬的優(yōu)點(diǎn),在經(jīng)濟(jì)和技術(shù)上都有明顯的優(yōu)勢(shì)。出水指標(biāo)能達(dá)到國(guó)家二級(jí)排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 該工藝的流程是:污水經(jīng)粗格柵去除大體積的雜質(zhì),再經(jīng)過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)池對(duì)初進(jìn)的污水進(jìn)行整流和均質(zhì),由細(xì)格柵進(jìn)入隔油池,主要是去 除懸浮于污水中的油類(lèi)物質(zhì)。接著污水進(jìn)入?yún)捬醭?,可吸收去除一部分有機(jī)物,并釋放出大量磷,設(shè)計(jì)為矩形反應(yīng)池。污水又進(jìn)入好氧池,使廢水中的有機(jī)物得到好氧降解,同時(shí)污泥將大量攝取廢水中的磷。設(shè)計(jì)為推流式矩形反應(yīng)池。再經(jīng)由配水井流入二沉池排放,二沉池的污泥經(jīng)回流泵房后剩余污泥通過(guò)污泥泵打入?yún)捬醭?,使得污水中?BOD SS 達(dá)標(biāo)排放。同時(shí),在此污水處理過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的污泥量較少,經(jīng)簡(jiǎn)單的濃縮池濃縮、脫水后外運(yùn)。 本設(shè)計(jì)采用可靠的安全措施,合理布局,美化環(huán)境,把污水處理廠建成一個(gè)花園式的廠區(qū)。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 厭氧 好氧 A/O 生物除磷系統(tǒng) Abstract:The title of this thesis is to design a small municipal sewage treatment plant. This plant lies in the suburb of some district. It can dispose 36,000 cube sewage every day. The primary concentration of BOD5 and SS is400mg/L and350 mg/ L. The process of this thesis is manmade wetland treatment system, which is a new pathway in the sewage treatment. The technique of this process is offer parative advantages in economic and technology. The quality of disposed effluent is up to the second class of national standard. The first step of this process is screening, which removes bigsized trash. Then the minuting device mutate and shred the solids in the sewage and the waste flow into the primary setting tank through the mesh grid, The sewage go throughthe thin grill to the initial sinking pond, at this step the solid suspension which may precipitate in the sewage are removed . According to request and this craft characteristic which designs needed, take the spoke to flow the type sedimentation the sewage enters tires of the oxygen pond, may absorb removes part of anic matters, and releases the massive phosphorus. The interior design of the tires of the oxygen pond is the the sewage enters the oxygen pond,the anic matter in the waste water are degraded by the good oxygen, simultaneously the sludge massively will absorb the phosphorus in the waste water. Responded the pond design for pushspread the type rectangle response pond, the design specification is the same as the initially sinking the sink the dirty mire of the pond was passed by dirty mire in surplus in empress in pump house in reflux the dirty mire pump beats in to lack to keep the pond , at which the BOD5 and SS of the waste are up to the national standard, Because less sludge was made during this process of treatment, so after concentrator they can be transport out of the plant. This thesis use reliably safety precautions, reasonable arranges and beautiful surroundings. The sewage treatment plant could be build like a garden.
