I 脫硫石膏自流平砂漿的試驗(yàn)研究 摘要 脫硫石膏又稱排煙脫硫石膏、硫石膏或 FGD 石膏,是對(duì)含硫燃料(主要是煤)燃燒后產(chǎn)生的煙氣進(jìn)行脫硫凈化處理而得到的工業(yè)副產(chǎn)石膏。過去它們常常被當(dāng)作是廢棄物隨意的露天堆放或是將其填埋掉, 不能及時(shí)有效地進(jìn)行二次利用,嚴(yán)重地污染了大氣環(huán)境,浪費(fèi)了土地資源,使得生態(tài)平衡遭到破壞,同時(shí)也損害了人體健康。因此,開發(fā)利用脫硫石膏很有必要。 本課題 研究了利用脫硫石膏制備自流平砂漿的相關(guān)技術(shù)。在滿足石膏基自流平砂漿國(guó)標(biāo) JC/T10232020 的要求下,確定脫硫石膏、粉煤灰、硫鋁酸鹽水泥、普通 硅酸鹽水泥之間的基本配比,通過研究緩凝劑摻量對(duì)自流平砂漿性能(初始流動(dòng)度用水、 30min 流動(dòng)度損失、凝結(jié)時(shí)間、抗折強(qiáng)度、抗壓強(qiáng)度、拉伸粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度、收縮率等)的影響,確定合適的摻率。此外研究了養(yǎng)護(hù)制度對(duì)脫硫石膏自流平砂漿性能的影響。 試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:緩凝劑和摻合量對(duì)石膏基自流平砂漿性能的影響較大,本文采用檸檬酸鉀為緩凝劑,摻量在 %~ %時(shí)為宜;采用粉煤灰為摻合料,研究表明當(dāng)摻量為 25%~ 30%范圍內(nèi)時(shí)自流平砂漿的流動(dòng)性和力學(xué)性能最好。另外對(duì)砂漿性能有較大影響的是養(yǎng)護(hù)方法, 本文確定的養(yǎng)護(hù)方法如下: 24h 脫 模 ? 自然環(huán)境(溫度: 20℃ ?2℃,相對(duì)濕度 ?60%) 24h? 快速養(yǎng)護(hù)箱(溫度: 60℃ ?1℃,相對(duì)濕度 ?90%)養(yǎng)護(hù) 24h? 自然環(huán)境(溫度: 20℃ ?2℃,相對(duì)濕度 ?60%) 10d?置于 45℃烘箱 24h。 關(guān)鍵字 :脫硫石膏;自流平砂漿;緩凝劑;力學(xué)性能;流變性能 IIExperimental study of FGD gypsum leveling mortar Abstract Flue gas desulphurization gypsum and FGD gypsum, sulfur and gypsum and FGD gypsum, is a sulfurcontaining fuels (mainly coal) postbustion flue gas desulphurization and purification process resulting from industrial byproduct gypsum. In addition research on curing system on the desulphurization performance of selfleveling mortar plaster effects.
