The general part is a new design of fangezhuang mine. fangezhuang mine lines in Northeast of Tangshan in HeBei province. The traffic of road and railway is very convenience to the mine. The geological structure of this area is simple. The Length of the minefield is km ,the width is about ， the area is ㎞ 11 and 12 is the main coal seam, and its dip angle is 12 degree. The thickness of the mine is about in all. The proved reserves of the minefield are 313million tons. The recoverable reserves are 216 million tons. The designed productive capacity is 24 million tons percent year, and the service life of the mine is years. The normal flow of the mine is 249m3 percent hour and the max flow of the mine is 563m3 percent hour, and the gas of the mine is low gaseous mine. The field has been divided three mining levels. The first level should be located at the lever of 350m, which use raise and dip mining method of vertical shaft development .The second level should be located at the level of 550 meters , The three level should be located at the level of 800 meters According to the condition.
