【正文】 河北工程學院畢業(yè)設計(論文)1西歡坨新井設計煤礦畢業(yè)設計說明書 摘 要本次畢業(yè)設計,我所做的是西歡坨新井設計。在畢業(yè)設計之前,我們設計組在高永格老師和郝彬彬老師的帶領下到云駕領礦進行為期兩天的畢業(yè)實習,在此期間我們搜集了所有畢業(yè)設計所需的資料,同時在生產(chǎn)一線積累了實際生產(chǎn)的經(jīng)驗。在實習過程中我們更加深刻地了解到我們以后的工作,并且學到了重要的設計思想及設計中所涉及的現(xiàn)場工作經(jīng)驗,為畢業(yè)設計打下了良好的基礎,為以后的工作也積累了寶貴的經(jīng)驗。本次畢業(yè)設計是經(jīng)過共同討論及經(jīng)過指導老師多次指導的結(jié)晶,經(jīng)過反復比較后最終確定的,是我們大學四年學習采礦工程專業(yè)的一個全面的總結(jié)。西歡坨礦井初步設計包括以下幾個部分:1. 礦井內(nèi)水文、地質(zhì)、村莊、交通等基本情況概述;2. 礦井井田范圍內(nèi)煤的地質(zhì)儲量、工業(yè)儲量及可采儲量;3. 礦井生產(chǎn)能力及服務年限;4. 礦井井田的總體開拓設計,井筒位置及形式選擇、水平劃分、延伸方案確定、帶區(qū)劃分、井底車場的確定及線路計算、硐室布置等內(nèi)容;5. 礦井帶區(qū)的布置、工作面布置、生產(chǎn)運輸機械選型、生產(chǎn)程序安排、帶區(qū)車場的設計及生產(chǎn)工作面回采工藝的確定。6. 礦井生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)。包括提升、運輸、通風、排水等系統(tǒng)的確定和設備選型及相關硐室的布置。本設計時間為 2022312 到 2022601 共 12 周時間,時間較為倉促,同時由于本人水平有限,缺少現(xiàn)場生產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗,在設計中難免有不足之處,懇請各位老師和同學給予批評指正,本人不勝感激。關鍵詞:開采水平;開拓方式;采煤方法;井底車場。河北工程學院畢業(yè)設計(論文)2 AbstractIn this graduation design, what I do is a first step design of mineral mine in xitushang coal mine.Under the leadership of chenzhibin and li xinwang, our group arrived at the TaoerMineral to carry on a graduation field work in a month before graduate design. We collected the data that all graduations need when design in this period, at the same time we obtained a glimmer of backlog the experience of the actual production .In this process, we understood we later of work more deeply, learned the important design thought and the spot work experience involved in the design, and made a good foundation of the design to beat for the graduation. We also obtained backlog precious experience of later work.This graduation is the crystallize of our mon discussion and the guide of the teachers. According to our parisons again and again, we decided this design in the end. This design is an overall summary of our four years university study of mining engineering.The design of mineral well in xitushangⅠ Mineral includes the following steps:1. The introduce of the basic circumstance of the internal mineral well such as the background of water, geology, village, transportation, etc.2. The geology storage quantity of the coal, industry storage quantity of the coal and the storage quantity of the coal allowed to mine in the tidy farmland and scope of the mine.3. The ability of production in the mineral well and the time limits for service.4. Tidy farmland of mineral of total expand the design, the well tube position and the form choice, levels divide the line, extend the project assurance and adopt the area demarcation, the settling the parking field in the well bottom and circuit calculation, the silo arranges etc.5. The producing system of the mineral well.
