【正文】 本科學(xué)生畢業(yè)論文 中小企業(yè)融資存在的問(wèn)題及對(duì)策 The Graduation Thesis for Bachelor39。s Degree The Existing Problems and Countermeasures for Small and Mediumsized Enterprise Financing Candidate： Ding xin Specialty： Accounting Class： 071 Supervisor： Instructor Zhang Rui Heilongjiang Institute of Technology 202006 Harbin 黑龍江工程學(xué)院本科生畢業(yè) 論文 I 摘 要 隨著社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的逐步建立，規(guī)模小、數(shù)量多的中小企業(yè)已經(jīng)成為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要組成部分。然而我國(guó)中小企業(yè)的壽命明顯低于世界平均水平，而影響中小企業(yè)壽命的原因之一就是中小企業(yè)的融資難問(wèn)題， 因此， 解決中小企業(yè)融資難的問(wèn)題有助于 提高 中小企業(yè) 的壽命，促進(jìn)其持續(xù) 發(fā)展。 本論文介紹了中小企業(yè)融資的一些基本知識(shí)和理論，并對(duì)中小企業(yè)融資概念、方式和特征進(jìn)行分析，同時(shí) 結(jié)合對(duì)中小企業(yè)融資難的原因分析，提出了克服中小企業(yè)融資難問(wèn)題的策略及建議。 本文的研究 結(jié)論 有助于中小企業(yè)增強(qiáng) 其 融資能力 、促進(jìn)中小企業(yè)的持續(xù)發(fā)展，進(jìn)而推 動(dòng) 我國(guó)社會(huì) 經(jīng)濟(jì) 的穩(wěn)定增長(zhǎng)、推動(dòng)我 國(guó)的城市化進(jìn)程。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 中小企業(yè)；融資； 問(wèn)題； 原因；對(duì)策 黑龍江工程學(xué)院本科生畢業(yè) 論文 II ABSTRACT As the socialist market economic system establish gradually, a number of small and medium enterprises have bee an important. While the small and medium enterprises’ life of our country are under the world’s equal standard obviously, and one of the reason that effects the small and medium enterprises’ life is the problem of small and medium enterprises financing. So it is very helpful to improve the small and medium enterprises’ life and its’ development by solving the problem. This essay introduces a series of basically knowledge and theories about the small and medium enterprises financing, including the concept, way and characteristics of the small and medium enterprises. At the same time, this essay analysis the reason why the small and medium enterprises have difficulties in finance, and puts forward some strategies and advises for the small and medium enterprises financing. The conclusion of the study do good to improve the small and medium enterprises’ financial capability, promote the small and medium enterprises’ development continuously so that to increase our social economy stably and to promote our urbanization process.
