PLC課程設(shè)計(jì) 題目: 注塑機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì) 專業(yè)班級(jí): 38 學(xué) 號(hào): B12043822 學(xué)生姓名: 付雷彬 指導(dǎo)教師: 何大慶 摘要 采用繼電器和開關(guān)閥的注塑機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)的接線復(fù)雜、控制精度低、維修不便且缺乏柔性 ,基于 PLC 技術(shù)的控制方式可大大提高整機(jī)的綜合性能。本文選用 SIMATICS7200小型 PLC系統(tǒng)對(duì)注塑機(jī)的控制單元進(jìn)行了通用化設(shè)計(jì):包括系統(tǒng)的硬件接線和 I/O分配 。采用 STEP7Micro/WIN32 軟件平臺(tái)進(jìn)行編程 ,方式靈活、界面友好且調(diào)試方便。 關(guān)鍵詞: 控制系統(tǒng) ; 可編程控制器;塑料注塑成型機(jī);起保停電路 Abstract Control system to the Plastic injection molding machine formed by electric relays and switching valves has many shortings, such as plexity wiring, low control accuracy, inconvenience maintenance and lack of flexibility. Using PLC technology can greatly enhance the machine’s overall performance. In this paper, SIMATIC S7200 mini PLC system was used to design the Plastic injection molding machine’s control unit: including the hardware wiring and the I/O allocation. The STEP7Micro/WIN 32 software is used as programming platform。 it is very flexible, userfriendly and convenient debugging.
