哈爾濱工業(yè)大學畢業(yè)設計(論文) I 循環(huán)流化床鍋爐論文設計 哈爾濱工業(yè)大學畢業(yè)設計(論文) II 摘要 循環(huán)流化床鍋爐是近幾十年發(fā)展起來的一種新型燃燒設備,其具有燃料適應性廣、有利于環(huán)保、負荷調節(jié)性好、燃燒熱強度大、爐內傳熱能力強等優(yōu)點。所以,其一經(jīng)推出就在世界范圍內得到了廣泛的應用。特別是在中國,循環(huán)流化床鍋爐技術在近幾十年取得了長足的進步。 本文系統(tǒng)的闡述了 10t/h 循環(huán)流化床的計算和設計過程,主要包括熱力計算、煙風阻力計算、鍋筒強度計算、鍋爐的結構設計。 通過對循環(huán)流化床方面的英文文獻的翻譯,了解了國外流化床研究方面的進展。 關鍵詞 循環(huán)流化床 ; 省煤器 ; 熱力計算 Abstract The CFB is the new bustion equipment which is developed in the recent years, it has the advantages of be widely adapt to fuels,be good for environment,load adjustment well,burning intensity is big,heat transfer is strong in the firebox and so ,it is widely applied in the in China,the technolog of CFB is made great progress in the recent years This paper fully discusses the calculation and design processe of CFB,mainly include thermal calculation,smoke resistance calculation ,strengthen calculation, and boiler structure. According to the transalation of the datas of CFB,I kown the development of CFB in foreign.
