內(nèi) 本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計 說明書 題 目: 蒸汽鍋爐電氣控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計 學(xué)生姓名: 王 學(xué) 號: 0 專 業(yè): 自動化 班 級: 自動化 指導(dǎo)教師: 師 I 蒸汽鍋爐電氣控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計 摘 要 蒸汽鍋爐是石油、電力、化工等行業(yè)中重要的動力設(shè)備。當(dāng)今社會資源緊張,環(huán)境破壞日益嚴重,因此鍋爐作為將一次能源轉(zhuǎn)化為二次能源的設(shè)備,在集中供熱過程中起著極其重要的作用,應(yīng)不斷提高對其的控制與管理水平,進而提高能源的利用率,減少對環(huán)境的破壞。 鍋爐系統(tǒng)復(fù)雜而龐大,對其各個部分進行合理控制在實際應(yīng)用中具有極其重要的意 義,而汽包液位控制和鍋爐燃燒控制在鍋爐的整體控制中顯得尤為重要。本文對鍋爐汽包液位進行數(shù)字監(jiān)控和光柱式顯示,要保證鍋爐安全運行,其中很主要的一個因素是要保證汽包水位在一個合適的范圍內(nèi)。過高的水位會使鍋爐鍋爐中產(chǎn)生的蒸汽帶水增多,使汽包出口的蒸汽帶水量增加;而水 位過低可能導(dǎo)致鍋爐缺水,使得循環(huán)管局部過熱而爆裂。進而采用變頻器變頻調(diào)速控制和 工 頻控制 相互結(jié)合的電氣控制方式實現(xiàn)了鍋爐液位的自動控制。 關(guān)鍵詞 :蒸汽鍋爐,汽包液位,變頻器,電氣控制 內(nèi)蒙古科技大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計 說明書(畢業(yè) 論文 ) II Electric Steam Boiler Control System Design Abstract Steam boiler is oil, important power equipment in electric power, chemical industry, etc. In today39。s society resources nervous, serious environmental damage, so the boiler as an energy can be converted to secondary energy equipment, in the central heating plays a vital role in the process, should constantly improve the control and management level, and improve energy utilization rate, reduce the damage to the environment. Complex and large boiler system, the parts were reasonable control is of great significance in the practical application, and the drum level control in boiler and boiler bustion control is particularly important in the control of the whole. Numbers in this paper, the boiler steam drum level monitoring and the lamp type, to ensure the safe operation of the boiler, and one is the main factors is to ensure that the steam drum water level in a suitable range. High water level of boiler in the boiler causes increase in the number of steam with water, increase the export of steam drum with water。 And low water level may result in the boiler water shortage, make circulating pipe local overheat and burst. And then USES the way of the electrical control system of inverter, industrial puter in bination with each other the boiler liquid level automatic control is realized.
