大慶市宏星機械制造有限公司績效考 核的問題及對策 摘 要 隨著新經(jīng)濟時代的到來,人力資源已成為組織的首要資源。在企業(yè)中,人力資源作為企業(yè)最重要的投入要素,受到現(xiàn)在企業(yè)管理界的高度重視,人力資源管理成為企業(yè)管理最重要的職能之一。然而無論是員工的招聘、培訓,還是人員調(diào)整和報酬激勵,都是以績效管理作為依據(jù)的。績效管理作為人力資源管理最重要的活動之一,對于完善企業(yè)的激勵機制,提高企業(yè)人力資源管 理水平至關(guān)重要。 本文以 大慶市宏星機械制造有限公司 現(xiàn)有的績效考核體系為研究對象,以績效考核的理論為指導,根據(jù)人力資源管理以及績效考核現(xiàn)狀,對現(xiàn)有的考核制度進行全面系統(tǒng)深入的分析,找出其存在的問題,在此基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計崗位價值評估模型,在進行工作分析與職位說明以后進行績效考評方案的改進設(shè)計,期望可以通過改進以后的考核方案促進員工與企業(yè)的共同成長,進而提高公司的整體績效以及企業(yè)的核心競爭力。 本文通過對 大慶市宏星機械制造有限公司績效考核問題的研究 ,根據(jù)企業(yè)實際情況指定適合的企業(yè)績效考核改進設(shè)計方案,從而對同類型企 業(yè)制定符合自身情況的績效考核方案提供了借鑒實例。 關(guān)鍵詞: 人力資源 績效考評 績效 Abstract With the arrival of new economic era, human resources have bee the first resource anization. In the enterprise, human resource as the most important elements of the input, by now enterprise management circles attach great importance to enterprise management, human resources management has bee one of the most important functions. However, whether the staff recruitment, training, and personnel adjustment and pensation incentive, are based on performance management as a basis. Performance management of human resources management as one of the most important activities, to perfect the incentive mechanism of the enterprise, improve the enterprise human resources management level is very important. In this paper, taking Daqing City Acer Star Machinery Manufacturing Co., the pany39。s existing performance appraisal system as the research object, to performance appraisal theory as the instruction, according to the human resource management and performance assessment of the existing situation, the evaluation system of prehensive thorough analysis, find out the existing problems, on the basis of the design of post value evaluation model, in the job analysis and job description for performance appraisal scheme design and improvement, expectations can be achieved through improved after the examination scheme of stimulative employee and enterprise to grow together, and then improve the overall performance and the core petition ability of the enterprise. Based on the case of enterprise performance appraisal programme of research, based on the actual situation of enterprises designated for enterprise performance improvement design, thus for the same types of enterprises to develop a suitable performance appraisal program provides an example.
