包鋼選礦廠氧化礦選礦工藝特征研究含外文翻譯(已修改)

【正文】 內(nèi)蒙古科 技大學(xué)畢業(yè)論文 I 包鋼選礦廠氧化礦選別流程中,鐵、稀土、氟的選礦工藝特征研究 摘要 根據(jù)白云鄂博主東礦中貧氧化礦礦石特性和主要礦物的物理、化學(xué)性質(zhì),經(jīng)過大量的試驗(yàn)研究,制定了弱磁 強(qiáng)磁 浮選綜合回收鐵、稀土的選礦工藝流程。各種類型的中貧氧化礦的不同規(guī)模的選礦試驗(yàn),取得了良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)指標(biāo),表明該工藝流程的適用性強(qiáng)。并且通過采取控制磨礦粒度、改進(jìn)浮選工藝、采用高效捕收劑等措施,使包鋼選礦廠鐵精礦氟含量由 %降低到 %,效果顯著。 但是白云鄂博礦石除作為鋼鐵原料外,還是一個(gè)大型的稀土,鈮資源。選礦在生產(chǎn)鐵精礦的同 時(shí),還實(shí)現(xiàn)了稀土資源的綜合利用,可生產(chǎn)多品種的稀土精礦產(chǎn)品。鈮的選礦研究正在大力推進(jìn)。其他如螢石,磷灰石,重晶石,黃鐵礦等都具有潛在的綜合利用可能性,尚需不斷進(jìn)行探索。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 氧化礦 鐵 稀土 氟 選礦工藝流程 內(nèi)蒙古科 技大學(xué)畢業(yè)論文 II Abstract According to the main East Bayan Obo Ore Mine in poor oxidation properties and the main minerals of the physical and chemical properties, through a large number of experimental research, the development of weak magic magic Integrated flotation recovery of iron and rare earth mineral processing process.
