The Position Under the direction of the County Executive officer (CEO) and the Assistant CEO, the County Finance Director is the Chief Financial Officer and will control and direct the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Riverside County budget and various financing programs. This includes financing capital improvements and 2 insurance programs, providing staff support to the County Bond Debt Advisory Committee, CORAL (County Asset Leasing Corporation) and various JointPowers Authorities of which the County is a member, and negotiating City/County Redevelopment Cooperation Agreements.
