某某 飯店改擴建工程實施階段造價控制策略研究 I 摘 要 隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的變革,建設(shè)工程程序及工程造價管理體制有了很大的變化,但是在現(xiàn)階段,我國 在 建設(shè)項目造價管理方面還存在很多問題,投資失控 的 現(xiàn)象始終存在。市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的變化多端,使工程投資的確定與控制變得更為復(fù)雜,這就需要建設(shè)單位對工程造價的管理始終貫穿于項目全過程。項目實施階段是實現(xiàn)建設(shè)工程價值的主要階段,也是資金投入最大的階段 。因此, 實施階段的工程造價管理是實施建設(shè)工程全過程管理的重點。 本文針對 某某 飯店改擴建工程項目實施階段實際情況對項目實施階段的工程造價進(jìn)行了研究。論文把相關(guān)理論與管理實踐相結(jié) 合,采用系統(tǒng)分析的方法 、 定性和定量分析相結(jié)合的方法,結(jié)合項目管理、工程技術(shù)、相關(guān)法規(guī)來研究項目實施階段造價控制。 本文首先分析了國內(nèi)外關(guān)于工程造價控制管理的研究,以工程造價及項目管理相關(guān)理論為基礎(chǔ),分析了 某某 飯店改擴建工程在工程造價控制方面的 現(xiàn)狀 及出現(xiàn)的問題。并針對這些問題進(jìn)行剖析及提出解決問題的策略。同時也希望本文所提意見能給建設(shè)單位在今后的項目實施過程當(dāng)中提供一些理論和 實用性 指導(dǎo)。 關(guān)鍵詞 造價控制,擴建項目,成本管理 沈陽工程學(xué)院畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計) II Abstract Along with our country economic system transformation, the construction project procedure and the project construction cost management system had the very sweeping change, but in the present stage, our country items of basic construction cost management aspect also has very many problems, the investment out of control phenomenon exists throughout . Market economy changeable, causes the determination and the control of the project investment bees more plex, this needs to require the construction unit of the management of project cost to the management of project cost to the project runs through the entire process . Project implementation stage is to realize the value of major construction phase, is also the largest capital investment phase . Implementation phase of the project cost management is the implementation of construction projects focus on the management of the entire process. The author of this paper studied the project implementation phase of the project cost in allusion to the actual situation of implementation stage Phoenix hotel reconstruction project. United the related theory with management practice, this paper adopted the methods of system analysis and the bination of qualitative and quantitative analysis to study cost control of project implementation stage bined with project management, engineering, related laws and regulation. This paper first analyzes the domestic and foreign research on project cost control management, then analyzed the Phoenix hotel reconstruction project in the project cost control and the problems now on the basis of the related theory of project cost and project management. And put forward the countermeasures aimed at these matters. I hope the advice will provide the construction unit some theoretical and practical guidance in the project implementation process in the future.
