【正文】 化學化工學院畢業(yè)設計 i 年產(chǎn) 1000 噸異戊烯醇生產(chǎn)工藝設計 摘要: 本課題是年產(chǎn) 1000 噸異戊烯醇的生產(chǎn)工藝設計。異戊烯醇 是合成香料、農(nóng)藥和 醫(yī)藥等產(chǎn)品重要中間體 的原料 ,也是 能 合成橡膠的重要原料。 隨著人們對異戊烯醇 合應用范圍 在不斷的 擴 大,需求量也大幅 度 上升。 本設計采用異丁烯和多聚甲醛為原料,以磷酸氫二鈉為催化劑進行 Prins 縮合反應,合成 3甲基 3丁烯 1醇 ,然后經(jīng)異構化反應生成 異戊烯醇。整個工藝包括物料衡算、能量衡算、設備設計與選型、經(jīng)濟效益與評估,并給出了 工藝流程圖,主要設備圖和車間布置圖。 關鍵詞: 異戊烯醇;異構化反應 ;工藝設計 The production design of annual yield of 1000 tons prenyl alcohol Abstract: This paper is the design and production process with an annual output of 化學化工學院畢業(yè)設計 ii 1000 tons of isopentenol.
