【正文】 化學(xué)化工學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) i 年產(chǎn) 1000 噸異戊烯醇生產(chǎn)工藝設(shè)計(jì) 摘要: 本課題是年產(chǎn) 1000 噸異戊烯醇的生產(chǎn)工藝設(shè)計(jì)。異戊烯醇 是合成香料、農(nóng)藥和 醫(yī)藥等產(chǎn)品重要中間體 的原料 ,也是 能 合成橡膠的重要原料。 隨著人們對(duì)異戊烯醇 合應(yīng)用范圍 在不斷的 擴(kuò) 大,需求量也大幅 度 上升。 本設(shè)計(jì)采用異丁烯和多聚甲醛為原料,以磷酸氫二鈉為催化劑進(jìn)行 Prins 縮合反應(yīng),合成 3甲基 3丁烯 1醇 ,然后經(jīng)異構(gòu)化反應(yīng)生成 異戊烯醇。整個(gè)工藝包括物料衡算、能量衡算、設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)與選型、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益與評(píng)估,并給出了 工藝流程圖,主要設(shè)備圖和車間布置圖。 關(guān)鍵詞: 異戊烯醇;異構(gòu)化反應(yīng) ;工藝設(shè)計(jì) The production design of annual yield of 1000 tons prenyl alcohol Abstract: This paper is the design and production process with an annual output of 化學(xué)化工學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) ii 1000 tons of isopentenol.
