【正文】 廣東工業(yè)大學(xué) 華立學(xué)院 本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文） 人民幣升值對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響 論文題目 人民幣升值對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響 系 部 外語(yǔ)外貿(mào)學(xué)部 專 業(yè) 國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)與貿(mào)易 班 級(jí) 09國(guó) 貿(mào) 2 班 學(xué) 號(hào) 16030902049 學(xué)生姓名 楊瑜 指導(dǎo)教師 鐘淑萍 2021 年 5 月 摘 要 隨著國(guó)際金融 市場(chǎng)全球化、一體化進(jìn)程的推進(jìn)，匯率作為國(guó)際價(jià)格體系的重要組成部分之一，在國(guó)際市場(chǎng)上成為聯(lián)系各國(guó)的重要紐帶，被各國(guó)日益重視。 人民幣 升值 是相對(duì)于其他 貨幣 而言的， 換言之， 就是人民幣的購(gòu)買力增強(qiáng)。 其 原因來自中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)體系內(nèi)部的 動(dòng)力以及外來的壓力。 改革開放以前， 我國(guó)的對(duì)外貿(mào)易由國(guó)家壟斷經(jīng)營(yíng)，人民幣匯率與我國(guó)的進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易相脫節(jié)。改革開放后， 人民幣匯率與我國(guó)對(duì)外貿(mào)易的關(guān)系日益密切。 人民幣匯率的數(shù)次下調(diào)對(duì)刺激我國(guó)的出口起到了重要的作用，2021 年我國(guó)的貿(mào)易額首次超過一萬億美元。同時(shí)， 2021 年 7 月 2 1 日人民幣匯率制度改革，本次改革使人民幣匯率更具有彈性，也必將對(duì)我國(guó)對(duì)外貿(mào)易的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生深遠(yuǎn)的影響。因此，研究人民幣匯率波動(dòng)對(duì)我國(guó)進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易的影響無論從學(xué)術(shù)角度還是從政策角度都是很必要的。 自 2021 年 4 月份中國(guó)人民銀行宣布擴(kuò)大人民幣匯 率浮動(dòng)幅度以來，人民幣結(jié)束了單邊升值走勢(shì)，呈現(xiàn)升、貶值雙向波動(dòng)局面。如何利用人民幣升值的優(yōu)勢(shì)， 防范匯率波動(dòng)對(duì)我國(guó)乃至全球經(jīng)濟(jì)造成不良影響， 有效發(fā)展我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易，成為當(dāng)下熱門話題。 本文通過考察匯率微調(diào)在短期內(nèi)對(duì)我國(guó)進(jìn)出口的影響，分析匯率改革，人民幣升值給我國(guó)外貿(mào)行業(yè)和企業(yè)帶來的負(fù)面影響和有利作用，進(jìn)而研究出應(yīng)對(duì)匯率改革的策略。 關(guān)鍵詞： 實(shí)際有效匯率；匯率變動(dòng)； 人民幣升值； 進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易 Abstract With the process of globalization, the international financial market integration, the exchange rate as an important part of international price system, bee the important between the countries in the international market, is more and more countries. The appreciation of the RMB is relative to other currencies, the Yuan’s purchasing power is enhanced. Its power from the internal reason Chinese economic system as well as the pressure from outside. Before the reform and opening up, China39。s foreign trade is monopolized by the state, the RMB exchange rate and China39。s import and export trade from the. After the reform and open policy, the relationship between RMB exchange rate and China39。s foreign trade is increasingly close. Several of the RMB exchange rates down to important role in stimulating the export of our country, the 2021 trade of China exceeded $one trillion. At the same time, in July 21, 2021, the RMB exchange rate system reform, the reform of the RMB exchange rate more flexible, also will have a profound impact on the development of China39。s foreign trade. Therefore, research on influence of RMB exchange rate fluctuation of China39。s import and export trade from both the academic point of view or from the perspective of policy is very necessary. Since 2021 April the people39。s Bank of China announced the expansion of the RMB floating exchange rate, RMB appreciation trend has ended the unilateral, ascending, devaluation volatility situation. How to use the advantage of the appreciation of the RMB, to guard against exchange rate fluctuations caused by adverse effects on the economy of our country and the world, the effective development of China39。s economy and trade, has bee the current hot topic. In this paper, the impact of China39。s import and export inspection rate finetuning in the short term, analysis of exchange rate reform, the RMB appreciation to the negative impact of China39。s foreign trade industry and enterprise and favorable effect, further studies for the exchange rate reform strategy.
